CHESEAPEAKE HEATING & COOLING

Not used nor have I used any vendors on the list you provided.

My air conditioner failed to work correctly when I first started it up for the season, so I called this company to arrange for a technician to come check the system out. They arranged to send someone the next day between 8 am and Noon, which was fine with me. The cost to perform an estimate seemed a bit steep at $99 but a lot of prices being charged these days I find surprising, so I was more than willing to pay it. Anyway, later in the day that I had called them, my air conditioning unit began working again, all fine. I called to cancel my appointment and they were unable to find any record of me in their computer and nothing on their schedule for the following day. Good thing my AC started working on its own! They were certainly courteous and responsive both times I spoke with them on the phone, but it was disconcerting that they had no record of anyone having spoken to me earlier in the day. Oh, and though they are listed as Chesapeake Heating and Cooling, they answered the phone as Calvert Heating and Cooling.
