Lawn Cuts Plus, LLC

I began partnering with Lawn Cuts last year, 2020. I had reoccurring minor issues related to the professional and responsiveness; as in I would have to call and email multiple times before I received a response. But the quality of their work was good, they were fast, non-personal or interactive in any way, which wasn’t entirely a bad thing. They also invoiced me twice in error after the cycle ended. I ended up paying it only then to remember that it was December and no one was cutting anything! The utter disappointment began when I reached out to Lawn Cuts Plus via email 3 times and via phone over 10 times to re-enroll in service for this year and never received any form of response back! No email or call or a note. Nothing. I know they are still in business, so that’s not an issue. But as a business to not take any level of care to address customer inquiries, returning customers at that, is completely unprofessional and disappointing! I have NEVER written a review, I don’t generally let’s things bother me nor have the time, but the sheer lack of professionalism is share worthy if I can avoid someone else having a similar terrible experience. Awful would NOT recommend!

Great value for the outstanding quality (and saves long hours in the hot sun each weekend).

The work was done without my presence and it took several attempts for them to finally show up to do the work. The bulberry bushes were trimmed well as well as the removal of weeds below which looks great. The removal of the grassy area however was not as successful. Within one month grass grew back from below the bark.
