The service was absolutely awful. Bruce took our money for a down payment and then we didn't hear from him for over 6 weeks. I understand they are busy, but the whole process was like this. When they did the floor, it only got half done, because they didn't order enough supplies. They left a gap in the flooring and our dogs chipped the floor. I called Bruce to let him know and he said they would fix it, but again no call from Bruce. Through the whole process which took well over 4 months, each time I had to call Bruce. It was like we were totally forgotten. Off course we paid full price for the floor. My husband fixed the chips himself. Although, Bruce was nice when I called him, it was such poor service that I will never use Griffins again. What an awful experience.

Griffin Flooring provided great service. I went with this company because of word of mouth and reviews. I knew they would be a little expensive, but heard about their quality of work and that was what convince me to go with them. I was not disappointed. Installation for the wood flooring on the stairs began July 12th. The installers (Dave and Dave) were punctual and very professional during the process. Their attention to detail during the process was impressive. The installation was completed in two days, which I was informed when I bought the flooring. Installation of the carpet in the bedrooms began July 13th and was finish the same day. The installers were punctual and very professional. All in all I am very happy with my flooring.

My house got hit with two trees during hurricane Irene. I had two rooms that the carpet needed replaced and one room that the padding needed replaced and the carpet was to be rolled up and saved and put back down. When they came out to measure everything they noticed the carpet that was to be put back down. They told me the wrinkles will never come out because it was not rolled properly. They worked with me and my insurance company and supplied documentation to get the carpet replaced. They then replaced the carpet in all three rooms. When they went to install the carpet upstairs they noticed a defect from the factory. They immediately rolled it back up and ordered new carpet. I did not have to come home to a big defect, they took care of it on there own and made it right. I love my new carpet

Jim from Flooring America came out and did a quote. He came out during my lunch to be able to facilitate my schedule. After my wife and I chose what flooring types we were considering he provided full estimates and we decided on the tile mentioned above. We put half down and paid the rest after the installation was complete. Jim was very knowledgable and couldn't have been better at assisting us as we decided which floor to have installed. He was exactly the type of person that I like to deal with when choosing a service. In order to save on the cost of labor I removed our toilet, molding, and the preexisting floor down to the plywood. His company would have had this completed, but I also wanted to remove the vanity as we were planning on getting a pedestal sink. The installation crew arrived on time, looked and acted professional, and were very cordial. I asked several questions during the installation and they were able to answer each of my questions easily. I couldn't believe it but my entire bathroom floor was done in just a few hours. Once they completed the floor it looked amazing. They installed the new tile with grout as well as molding to go around the walls. I have to say that these polymer tiles look just like real tiles and the texture looks and feels to be of very high quality. After the new floor was completed I paid the rest and the new floor was available for use within hours. I cannot express how great it looks, just stunning! Overall I was extremely impressed with this company. I am already having Jim come back out to provide a quote for our kitchen and den. In addition, their labor is under warranty for life and the tiles have a lifetime residential warranty. If you are in the market for a new floor I suggest that you give these guys the opportunity to show you what they have, it was that good.
