I called on a Monday and he came on a Wednesday, at the time promised...in fact he was a few minutes early...I didn't know what to expect but was very pleased with how quickly and professionally he did the inspection. He provided excellent customer service answering all of my questions, no matter how trivial. Payment was also easy, done on the spot, with the required documentation of the inspection and payment receipt emailed to me. I recommend this company without reservation!
