Description of Work: Renovated 2 baths, redid kitchen, back steps, new porch, renovated basement, upgrade electrical and painted inside of house redid wood floors. | |At first things went well. Then he ran into plumbing issues. Well a new floor had been laid. By the time that issue was fixed the floor did not look new. I felt it should be replaced did not happen. New stairs in the back never received stain. Can is still under the steps. Door to the shower in the basement is to close to the toilet. Moved vent for air & now to back bedrooms do not cool. When new porch was added was told roof like new. Well had to get porch replaced & was told whoever worked on it didn't know what they were doing. He did a good job on renovating the kitchen Which was a complete over haul. Good job on refinishing the unfinished basement. We were suppose to get new doors for basement & kitchen but that did not happen. We told him what our budget was & he just knew he could do everything for that price. Unforseen elec & |plumbing hit big. Painting job was not the best. Wood floors were sanded & stained came out nice.
