hardwood floor
+ -1 moreI was given Rick's name by my real estate agent. We hired Neuman and Associates to refinish the floors in our unit. He is the penultimate expert in wood floor work - there is absolutely no body better than him. Rick was on time, professional, clean and the floors are incredible. Plus, the estimate was incredibly reasonable. There is absolutely nobody better in the DC metro area for floor work. If you miss a chance to meet and work with him, your floors are not receiving the best treatment. Rick is part of my permanent contact list and I will ONLY work with him for any future floor work.
Description of Work: Rick and his team (Neumann Associates) refinished all of the floors in our recently purchased unit. The unit - seriously - went up in value because of the amazing work that they do. I have never seen a place completely change with just floor refinishing. Rick and team refinished the entire unit for us in the Spring of 2013; and, then, we had them help us when we had a little a/c leak. In the repair with the a/c leak, Rick took the time to contact mills to find a mill that would make a perfect match for parquet blocks that needed to be replaced. It could not be a more perfect match. AMAZING! And, Rick is just a wonderful person - not only does he do good work, but he is trustworthy, funny and just a great guy to be around.

+ -1 moreHe was very professional and responsive to our needs. His price quote was also within range of others we received. Although we ultimately selected a different vendor, it was by a narrow margin. We would certainly consider working with Neumann again and would recommend contacting them with potential work.
