I talked to Terry in the morning and he was able to fit us in the same day. Jim and Mark did a great job. They explained what needed to be done and cleared the line in less than an hour.

He completed the job in 20 minutes, was friendly, answered all questions in as much detail as we wanted. The charge was minimal considering the minimal cost was $72 for the first 15 minutes (less expensive than others we called from Angie's List to compare). Total cost was $108, then using our $25.00 Angie's List discount, we paid just $83. I'd call that a deal, and we would DEFINITELY call them again. We picked them to begin with because they are top rated on Angie's List and they belong there.

I requested a quote from this company via Angie's List along with 2 others late in the evening. The company owner contacted me immediately the next morning. I explained my situation to him, and we had a good discussion about potential options. His price was better than the other 2 companies. I scheduled them for the next day, and they replaced my existing pump with a new, much higher quality one. The plumber who came out was very capable and very friendly. I would hire again.

The replacement of the PRV was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I submitted a web-form from the Winegar web site Wednesday evening and Mr. Winegar called the next morning (as requested). We scheduled the service for the same day, he arrived at the promised time, did the work quickly, cleaned up, and charged a little less (!) than the price estimated over the phone. For a plumbing problem it was as good an experience as one could hope for. Very impressed! Plan to use them again for other plumbing and heating work. Before and after pictures attached.

The man who came out did a phenomenal job! Even the person on the phone was helpful and friendly. The owner came out to handle the polybutylene pipe system, as it is a major thing. The pricing was high, but I was pleased.

Mission complete. Water filter was changes, took no time but costed over $130.00 for 8 minutes.

Excellent service. This was the forth time I have had a clog down stream. The washer drains in the tub and the tub also clogs. They snake the drain nothing comes back but you can tell when it clears, you can hear the water rushing.

All work was completed in a timely way. A small problem arose after technician left, but he returned next day and corrected it quickly, at no charge

I realized I had a leak in my basement ceiling that was coming from the toilet above it, so I needed to get the toilet reset. When I called, the woman who answered was so courteous and helpful. The technician arrived on time, and did the work, no problem. He also noticed that I needed the flapper replaced and did that for me. I had previously looked for the exact flapper size at Home Depot and they didn't have it, so I was really appreciative that he mentioned it and took care of it for me.

I called for a same day appointment and was told that they could fit me in. In about two hours, the plumber called from about 30 miles away and said I was next on his service call list. He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, repaired the leak in about half an hour, and charged a very reasonable fee. I couldn't have asked for for better service. It was excellent!

Making an appointment was easy. I was given a time range of several hours in the morning and was advised it would likely be on the earlier end of the range. The plumber called me in advance on the day he was to arrive while he was en route and arrived 15 minutes later. The plumber was very knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant to deal with. He did the work efficiently and kept me informed along the way. He also left a quote for another plumbing job that I was not having done that day but was considering in the near future. Overall the experience was excellent though the price seemed high to me as it worked out to be about $180 per hour for labor without parts.

Called them late morning, and they adjusted schedules to able to have someone out by noon. they were very profession, and cleaned up at the end.

They were very courteous, professional, friendly, on-time, easy to talk to. I was very pleased with them. They couldn't have been a nicer group. Terry, organized everything. The two plumbers; Bernard and Kimbel who came were excellent! They answered all of my questions and explained things very well. They called 30 minutes ahead to let me know when they were coming as well. They replaced all of my pipes. I got 5 estimates and they were the least expensive.

Having bought a home with an old, rusty water heater I decided to take precautionary measures and put in a new water heater. After Winegar replaced it, the hot water was extremely cloudy and took minutes to become clear. Before replacement hot water was clear. We called plumber to address the issue. He said he would but was totally inaccessible / non-responsive for weeks. He finally agreed to replace it. After he replaced it with another Ruud, we had the same problem. I told him that I would hold off on final payment until I was able to research the issue and ensure that I had a safe and properly functioning water heater. Rather than working with me to confirm that it was safe, fix the problem or at least wait while I looked into the issue, he chose to contact a collections company to threaten me.

It went well, except after he had installed the new faucet, I noticed a small leak. He quickly made an adjustment to fix it; I just think I shouldn't have had to be the one to notice it. In fairness to him, I suppose he may have taken one more look before he left, had I not noticed it. Overall though, I was pleased with him. He was friendly and very willing to answer some questions I had about some other issues with my plumbing. I was disappointed in the price, but hadn't used a plumber for some years, so I'm not sure if this company is any more or less expensive than others in the area, and therefore I don't know if I'm really qualified to grade the price. I gave them a B on punctuality, because they were a little late. Called the company and they said the guy they had scheduled to come had a job that went longer than expected, so she sent another guy immediately and he was there promptly. At this point, I actually asked if he could hold off a little since he wasn't there yet, because my wife had decided she would like to look at another faucet or two, so we needed a few extra minutes for her to get to the store and back, so that ended up working out well and there was no real harm done by the little bit of extra wait time. And given the fact that I had just called them the day before to schedule, I'm pleased that our problem was resolved as quickly as it was.
