Description of Work: our house suffers from pin hole leaks and we found a leak in the basement behind built in shelving/storage and large amount of duckwork. Other plumbers told us we would need to take out the ductwork and all the built-in storage before they could do the work painting a very dire and expensive repair. Mr Winegar came in and looked at the work, pronounced it duable and sent a crew over to repair the leak and we did not have to prepare the area at all! Right price, right attitude, right team and outstanding work, would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We had a leaking kitchen drain pipe hidden in a wall in the basement that ruined the basement floor. Winegar came in and quickly identified the problem, opened the minimal space necessary, cut out improperly installed pipes from a prior owner, cleared the blockage, cleaned up the mess and installed new connections. Did a messy job as cleanly as possible quickly and at half the provided estimate.

In January called them with an emergency call to replace my water heater when it flooded my basement, they came out within 24 hours and replaced the water heater at a reasonable price. This October they came out again to replace the faucet and repair the pipe running to the rear of the house. I have been using them for 20 plus years and they are very responsive whenever I call. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: In this case, used an auger (like one I bought and tried) to attempt to clear a slow drain. But the problem was in buildup in the toilet, clogging the rim holes. Wish I had known to avoid the service fee to just buy a new toilet. But the tech knew what was wrong, was friendly, and helpful.

Description of Work: When our water heater started leaking, we asked several plumbing companies for bids, considered both tank and tankless options, then selected Winegar to install a new tank water heater because of the combination of their proposal, seeming competence, responsiveness, and price. We were very happy with the work that they did -- they performed the work within the week that we called, they sent a senior plumber to plan the installation with the crew, the 2-man crew was careful in each step of the installation -- including the brick work because they had to put a new exhaust vent in. The team was professional, diligence, they were careful of my home, and cleaned before they left. It was a great experience for us, our water is working great, and we won't hesitate to call Winegar again in the future.
