Scheduled visit a day ahead. The plumber was punctual, professional and completed the repair quickly. I recommend Winegar and will call them back next time I need a plumber.

They came out within a day of calling. The plumber who came to my house was very friendly and explained everything well. He was done within a couple of hours and cleaned up afterwards. Unfortunately, the new spicket developed a leak after he left due to a faulty part, but he came back quickly to fix the problem at no cost to me.

We were happy with them; they were very nice. Everything was great. I was satisfied with their service.

I called around this morning due to a clogged dual kitchen sink hoping to find someone who would come out on the same day. Using Angie's list, I found Winegar & Son Plumbing; they came out same day, and worked around my busy schedule. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them. I plan to use their service in the future. (Invoice included the $50 discount for using Angie's List - I didn't even have to ask for it.)

It went well. He was on time and, once he diagnosed the problem and quoted a price, performed the work quickly and efficiently.

He did a great job. I called on Monday and he said that he could come out on Tuesday or Thursday so we made the appointment for Thursday morning. He was suppose to be at the house by 8:30, but called around 8:20 to say that he was running late and would arrive closer to 9:30 as the area there was sleet/ice on the roads. He arrived at 9:30, looked at the areas that need to be taken care of and then immediately got to work. Within an hour he had fixed the leak, put in the air-gap that we needed for the dishwasher drain, replaced the valve and piping for the hot water heater and snaked our sink which was having trouble draining. He was very professional and we will certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

We had a serious leak on the hot water faucet to the washer. I called after 3PM on Saturday and Scott from Winegar's arrived within the hour to fix the problem. Scott was friendly and professional and his work was outstanding. While the work was a little expensive, but I expected it to be since it was late on a Saturday afternoon when I called and was an emergency repair. Thank you Scott!

Terry was very professional and competent. I called on Monday and he was able to see me on Tuesday morning. He completed the work without any problems and was very helpful in answering my questions. I also asked him about the need to perform additional work and he was very honest in recommending that we wait to see if there was truly any need to take other actions. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of his work. I will definitely contact him in the future if we have problems with our water heater and plumbing.

The Winegar company was very responsive to my Angie's List inquiry. They established an arrival time and came just when they said they would. As a matter of fact, I was at an appointment when they arrived (had hoped to be finished before) and they actually came back later in the day. The repairman was very prompt, thorough and quick with the repairs -- really appreciated them working with me on the scheduling as often when you miss your appointment window, you are out of luck with repairmen/technicians! Good job!

When I called them, they returned my call promptly. We set a time for an appraisal and the plumber arrived promptly and quickly assessed the problems. He gave me various options for handling the problem. I selected the option that seemed best and he promised to give me an estimate. The estimate came well within the amount I thought the job would cost. We set the date for the work. The workmen arrived promptly and began to work. The job was completed sufficiently by the end of the work day so that I could use the bathroom. On the following day one workman came in and finished the installation of the vanity and the calking around the fixtures. The work was neat and clean and the workmen removed all excess material and debris from the work area and the front of the house. Excellent job!

It went well. Jim was on time (he called ahead), put down a tarp to protect my floors, and proceeded to clear the line. I asked him how much time was left on the garbage disposal, and he honestly said they cannot exactly tell, but I should probably plan to replace it by next spring. He was very courteous and cleaned up once the work had been completed.

The interaction with the person that came was good. He went out of his way to do the investigation and find out what was wrong. I would hire them again. My only complaint is that most plumbers charge a lot. I?ve used them for a number of years, so I can?t compare their price, however.

We wanted to replace our old water heater with a new, energy-efficient one that would qualify for the new federal tax credit. Terry came out to the house to look over our old model to evaluate the changes that would have to be made in order to meet new codes. He gave us an estimate for both a traditional model and an energy-efficient one so that we could make an informed decision. Once we decided on the energy-efficient option, Terry kept in regular contact with us, setting up the delivery and installation dates and overseeing the work. The delivery man and installers arrived at the designated time, as promised, and the work was completed in a single day. Terry followed up with a visit to the completed job and arranged for the WSSC inspection, answering all of our questions courteously and completely. We are very pleased with Terry's attention to detail and will call Winegar for future plumbing jobs.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure having W.H. Winegar & Son do the job. I called in the morning and they were able to send someone in the afternoon, preventing me from having to take another day off from work. The technician introduced himself when he arrived - such professionalism! The soldering of the new pipe was so precise and beautifully done. I thought the cost was reasonable considering the repairs that were done and the time involved. A wonderful experience and I was a very happy customer. Would highly recommend them. When they learned I was a member of Angie's List, they gave me a discount!

It went great, overall. I awoke to find my basement flooded. It appeared that my exterior stairway drain had clogged and it was unclear whether the sump pump was operating normally. My regular plumber was unavailable, and recommended WH Winegar. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and even called and came early when an another appointment finished up quicker than expected.

They came out the very next day and were able to get the new water heater in very quickly. They arrived promptly. They were courteous about being in my home and they didn't leave a mess. Also they were friendly and nice.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I USE THEM FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND BUSINESS JOBS. THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE, ARE DEPENDABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL FRIENDS.

THEY GAVE ME A TIME-WINDOW FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT ALSO AGREED TO CALL ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THE WAY. THIS ALLOWED ME TO GO OUT AND RUN ERRANDS CLOSE TO HOME WHICH WAS GREAT. THE COST INCLUDED OVERTIME, BECAUSE THE WORK WAS DONE ON A SATURDAY, BUT THEY WERE QUICK AND COURTEOUS, AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
