Great, prompt, the staff are cordial and professional. Did great work, explained everything. Not expensive . I will definitely use again. This is my new Plumbing Company.

Tech (Jim) showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then quickly replaced the faulty valve after checking the expansion tank. He was very professional and friendly, and the company was able to get him out promptly (within two days) of my call. Very happy with their service and rates.

Winegar Plumbing was fabulous. Using a camera, sonar, they were able to pinpoint exactly where the pipe was broken (another contractor couldn't find the leak and told us he charged by the foot for a pipe repair). Winegar gave a clear, detailed and firm estimate, and answered all of our questions. They dug a trench from the laundry room drain to the leak under the recreation room floor. There was a mountain of dirt, concrete, etc., but they put it all on plastic drop cloths. After they finished the repair and refilled the hole with dirt and fresh concrete, ALL of the debris was removed. Except for a little dust, the rooms were left absolutely clean. It was amazing Throughout they were cheerful, freindly, informative, and professional. They also gave us good advice on some other future repairs.

Wonderful job. They did the job so quickly and beautifully, that the whole issue was practically painless. The quality of the job, cost and time involved were excellent. Because our house is so old they had some changes to make in the pipe reaching the house and that was done as easily as I could imagine. The grass they planted after digging up the part of our front yard looks great. Only slight complaints is that a part of the ground is uneven and we hope no one will fall. Over all though, very impressed.

Job was professionally done. Unfortunately they were not able to snake line so trenching had to be done. Back filling and seeding was done after line replacement. Very happy with this company.

Very responsive, diagnosing the cause of the leak over the phone/text, and saving me a charged service visit. Really appreciate how fair and helpful they were.

They (3 guys) did it all in one day and did a great job. They had to saw the old pipes out from down below and we had this done because our kitchen ceiling had been torn out due to some water damage. That bathroom has had slow drains for many years. They work like a charm now. All of the other work seems to be very good, as expected. They were very professional and had the water turned off as little as possible and still get the job done. Thanks!!

They showed up 10 minutes late and stayed 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed that I paid $82 for a "service call" fee, for them to show up and tell me what I already knew and where to get the correct part. I then drove 30 minutes away from my home to "the only place in town that might have it," to be told that the part cannot be replaced. I was told by the service guy, the lady that answers the phone, the manager, and then the owner, that if they have to come back out, I wouldn't be charged for the first 15 minutes. The guy came back to replace the pipe and the faucet... he stood around and talked to me about his grandchildren and the weather (which was time I ended up paying for)! He made about 6 trips out to his truck to retrieve tools and once to actually move his truck (again, time that I paid for)! He made a complete mess of my home and left several unnecessary holes in my wall (that I will now have to pay someone else to fix). After calling their office a few times to discuss the charges, I finally spoke with Terry (the owner?). He is extremely unprofessional... he's very argumentative and yelled at me several times. I will never use this company again and hope that you will use caution if you consider them! If I had known that I would be charged the way that I was, then I would have had them replace the faucet the first time they were at my home! Complete waste of time and money!!!

Terry and the crew of Winegar Plumbing are FANTASTIC!!! This was our second flood in 8 months. Terry's experience and knowledge of the industry was able to pinpoint where the issue had to have begun based on the evidence. He was thorough with his process of elimination and so very diligent in confirming the findings. WE feel so VERY SECURE now that the work has been completed by these SUPERHEROS of the plumbing industry!!! They explained what was happening EACH STEP OF THE WAY, like an instructor, or trainer. We felt informed, educated in how the infrastructure of our home worked, and not just "talked at" like just another job. We are SO GRATEFUL to Winegar Plumbing, Terry, Bernard, Mike and Lisa. Thank You ALL for your OUTSTANDING SKILL-SET and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

very well. Bernard the plumber was top notch. very professional and he looked at the toilet first and said the problem was that the chain was getting stuck in the flap. I had no idea so he could have told me anything and charged me to replace something and I would not have known. So very honest. Snaked out the tub and it is clear. Absolutely would hire again.

We have unfortunately had several leaks in our house recently, including a broken toilet and pinhole in pipes. Winegar Plumbing has been able to send out a plumber with short notice, and I have been very happy with how responsive they are both via email and by phone. Calls/queries are promptly returned, scheduling is easy, and they easily answer any questions whether it be about billing or work done. We have used them three times in the past two weeks are very happy with the work done, and will definitely continue to use them.

Appreciated day-of calls with ETA, even though this resulted in rescheduling first visit (ETA might have interfered with my work). Actual arrival maybe 20 min after eta but I was willing/able to accommodate. Professional and generally efficient (returned to truck for same part more than once, but reportedly didn’t charge for having to go back to warehouse). I’d have preferred billing for actual time spent in my house instead of total time parked outside. But overall very pleasant experience, well done, thank you!

They did a great job - it required two visits, but work was performed in a timely fashion and everything works well!

We have used Winegar several times over the years and they have always provided good work and good service. We had Winegar do work for us twice in the past couple months. First, they came out and fixed a leaky overflow drain on my son's tub. They also advised me to recaulk the tub...still trying to get around to that, but no more leaking since. Then a few weeks later, we had no hot water. I was able to relight the pilot on the water heater once, but then a week later, it went out again, and I could not relight it. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving and replaced parts and got it working again. No problems since.

From scheduling to completion everything went well. From the initial call to set up the appointment which was done promptly and courteously to the arrival, diagnosis and fixing of the problem by Jim, everything went smoothly. My confidence in their ability to get the job done properly and professionally never waned. Thanks!

Fantastic service. Couldn't get the water heater fixed on the first trip, but the issue was diagnosed correctly. Had the manufacturer send out a replacement part (gas valve), and the tech replaced the unit. Water heater is working now. The tech also noticed the flue vent was not up to code; I'll have them come back and resolve. Very prompt and professional service.

It was great. Because the heater is relatively new and high tech, the plumber needed some time to find the problem. But he persevered, discovered the problem, fixed it, and showed me how to prevent it the next time, I am so pleased.

It went extremely well, after receiving two other quotes for 2X and 3X what this company charged me, I was nervous that it may not be the "best" service. I was wrong, the guy who came over was extremely professional, he made sure to clean up after himself, the work looks beautiful, and he also reminded me to take advantage of my AL savings offer.

Went very well. The replacement toilet had a defect and the installer called the warehouse and made an exchange within an hour. We appreciated that he identified that defect and avoided a follow up service call.

Tom was excellent! He showed up on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He also gave us suggestions on fixing some other issues we have with our hoses. Would definitely use again and recommend.

It went very well. He capped the washer's drain pipe and re-routed the drain pipe to drain in the utility sink where there was a trap. No more sewer gases! All along, I thought it was just a bad installation of the utility sink. But, the problem was the utility sink was roughed in too high, and there was no trap for the washer, so this fix was much simpler than I feared. And, it was fixed in no time!

Company responded quickly. Service technician (Bernard) was very friendly and more importantly professional. Got the job done quickly. Will definitely keep them in mind for some extensive remodeling we are planning.
