I did not use this contractor; however the person whom I contacted was very nice. He gave me an estate on the same day and got back with me a couple days later without pushy attitude. I would definitely call this company if I need tree services in the future.

Quick to give estimate and to schedule work. Very informative and patient with my questions, very easy to work with! Will use them for any future tree needs that we encounter.

We contacted R J Berra after seeing them remove a tree from a neighbors house. When we called them, they came over the very same day to provide us with an estimate. Their estimate beat another estimate, we had received, hands down. We scheduled for removing a tree and pruning to several others after about a week. A team of three arrived very punctually and completed the work very efficiently. We were really very impressed by their attitude, professionalism and efficiency. These guys know their work !! I would contact them without any hesitation if I needed more tree work to be done.

We used RJ Berra after a storm knocked down a large oak tree. Mr. Berra came to give an estimate with 24hrs, and did the work the same day we accepted his proposal. He brought an army of tree workers who cleaned up the tree in only about 3 hours, hauling all of the wood away. A few days later his men returned to remove the stump. Over the past 10 years or so we have had to remove or clean up 5 large oaks, and have tried a different company with each one. This company did the work quickly, professionally, and we will be calling this company back when we need tree work from now on.

A friend recommended Services Unlimited. I checked Angie's list and called Services Unlimited. Jeffrey Keane called back soon after and came over and gave me an estimate of $1800.00 Then I suggested they take down the three small trees at the same time and he said it would be an additional $200.00. I had obtained previous estimates around $6000.00 so I said it was a deal. The crew arrived before 8:00 the next day (as was agreed) and finished the job before noon. Not only did they remove the trees as agreed, they also cleaned up much of the mess that I had left. All in all, it was a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. I gave them a check for the $2000.00 and they left.

Work performed on time and very well. They have the proper equipment, showed up on time and removed a large popular tree the was leaning over out house. Will use again!

We phoned this company on a Saturday and someone came out the same day to look at a very large pine that needed to come down. There were also a couple of small trees nearby to the pine. We arranged for the work to be done the next week. The tree folks came early that day and got right to work, worked hard and cleaned up really well. We definitely recommend this company - and also appreciate that they are bonded and insured.

Working with Jeffrey and his team was a pleasure. They did the work efficiently, carefully, and cleaned up after they were done. Their price was fair. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Services Unlimit3ed arrived on time with a full complement of equipment and manpower required to finish the job in the course of half a day. They were courteous, especially with respect to deploying their crane and truck in the neighbor's driveway. I would say the key "do" is do use Services Unlimited and the key "don't" is don't be swayed by a lower estimate from an unlicensed or fly-by-night tree removal service. Go with the experts and you not only get what you pay for, you get an expert job with no worries.

They were very professional and well staffed. The estimator was accurate and very responsive.

I had a tree that fell on my house during a storm. Called Mr. Berra for a quote. He came out Friday night gave me the quote and came back Saturday morning, promptly, with a crane and about 20 people to take care of business. The tree was lifted off my house and chopped down, and they took all the wood and debris away with them. Great professional and prompt job.

They arrived this morning and did the work, hauled away the wood at our request, and are in the midst of the clean-up. I could not ask for a more efficient and professional service.

I love him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The quality of his work was an A plus. He was very punctual.

Because of the location of the trees in the sideyard between the two houses, the contractor required access through my father's driveway and sideyard for a large crane, chipper, and hauling trucks. My father granted permission for access on condition that they allow him sufficient advance notice to move his car out of the way and that they exercise care around an old elm tree that he has been nursing along for decades. We were given very short tentative notice that the contractor "may start sometime Monday morning, depending on the weather" and "he has something else in the morning so not sure what time". I arrived at 7:45a.m. and found they had already driven heavy equipment over the critical root zone of my father's elm tree to remove one tree. My father's car was trapped behind a very large crane, chipper truck, and hauling truck. The crane was actively in use, swinging over, around, and next to a crew of approx 8 or 10 people and my father's car. NOT ONE CREW MEMBER WAS PROPERLY EQUIPPED WITH LEGALLY REQUIRED HARD HATS, eye or hearing protection. The risk to life and limb of the crew was unacceptable and the situation was extremely upsetting to my father to the point of risk to his health & well-being. I immediately called his neighbor with clear instructions that his contractor must stop work immediately and remove themselves and equipment from the property until the crew was adequately provisioned to do the work. We also asked for proof of license and insurance (was never provided). We did not hear the conversation between the contractor and our neighbor, but the crew continued to work against our wishes while "someone was sent to get hard hats". The owner of the company would not stop work in the interest of "expediency". While the crew was skilled in their removal of extremely large trees, the attitude of the contractor was legally and morally irresponsible and reprehensible. They also left deep tire ruts in my fathers yard and the tops of two small trees on my father's side of the property line were broken by falling debris and the crane arm.

He is very good. He is very quick when it comes to returning your call. His estimates were fair. He just comes right away. I would say that he is someone that would get right back to you with a fair estimate. He does the work and the clean up beautifully and he always follows up. I have recommended him to other people.

I called Services Unlimited the day after they left a card on my door. They were working nearby and came over to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of my call. They were at my house within 45 minutes of the estimate, and were finished in about 2 hours. There were 3 men, and they worked quickly, and cleaned up my yard and used a leaf blower to clear off the street in front of my house. I was very pleased with the job they did and would definitely call them in the future.

Of the 6 estimates I received, they were very close to being the ones I hired. I opted not to hire them though. I truly felt this company was good, but did not get as a good of a feeling from them. Throughout their presentation, they were knowledgeable and well trained. They were working on my neighbor's yard, so I requested their potential services by having them give me an estimate.

The tree split during a storm. The damaged section was removed by the home owner's association. They recommended removing the rest of the tree as soon as possible. Monday I contacted Services Unlimited. They came out Tues afternoon with all their equipment and an excellent crew of about 7 men. The tree was sawed off at ground level and removed to the street by a crane, where it was sawed up. A machine ground up the stump. Everything was cleaned up and they were finished in about an hour.
