Excellent service! They came out the same day and provided an estimate. No one was home when the service was provided. Trees were trimmed perfectly and all debris was removed from the area. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They are experts and a pleasure to deal with. They didn't leave a bill at the house the day the work was done. They wanted to be sure we were satisfied with the work before they sent the bill. Best service and great value!

Jeffrey and his crew were excellent. He was very responsive. He came out the same day I contacted him to give me an estimate. He gave me his opinion on other work that needed to be done, but also was fair in recommending that the additional work could wait until the fall. When I called to confirm him for the job, I mentioned the Angie's List coupon for his company, and he had no issues with taking that off his estimate. His crew came out the very next day and removed the tree. The yard is fairly small, surrounded by a fence, with a shed next to the tree. Additionally, part of the tree had fallen (previously) and hit the fence. They took down the tree and removed the fallen limbs without any damage to house, shed, fence or yard. Very happy with the job. Oh, and the cost was 75% of the quote of the other company I contacted.

I called Services Unlimited in the morning to request an estimate and their representative (Jeffrey) not only called me back within 4 hours he actually came to the house and gave me an estimate the same day. The estimate was fair, given the huge pile of old firewood that needed to be removed from part of the yard that isn't easily accessed from the driveway. The estimate also included removal of two overgrown, ailing shrubs that were too close to the house and had to be removed. We set a day for the work to be done. On the appointed day, the Services Unlimited crew appeared promptly. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. They did an especially good job of cleaning up the area around the old woodpile, which I hadn't really expected would be part of the job. This is an excellent company and it's easy to see why they have been in business so long. I would definitely call them again.

I made the call to Services Unlimited after getting a high estimate from another company. I left a message with them and Jeffrey called me back right away and said he could come over in an hour or two. I was very happy about that since I was home on my day off. He came promptly, we discussed my needs and he gave me an estimate that was half the price of the other company I spoke to for this project. I asked how he could be so much less and said their company owns their own cranes, they specialize in tree removal, etc. Anyway, he could not have been more cordial and professional and I accepted the estimate right away. We scheduled the work to be done 2 days later. Neither I, nor my family was home that day, but when we came home, everything was done exactly the way Jeffrey said it would Trees were gone, stumps ground down and they cleaned up after themselves. It could not have gone better. I was very impressed and would use them again in a heartbeat. Just excellent work.

They were the only contractor to provide a prompt estimate. Other companies called didn't provide an estimate for 2-3 days. Simply, they said what they were going to do and then did it for the agreed price on time.

They did an outstanding job and even exceeded my expectations! A big round of applause to this company and crew from me; they were the best bang for my buck - no doubt! I was very impressed with them from start to finish. I called for an estimate on Friday evening, and I was immediately put in touch with Jeff who agreed to come out and provide an estimate the very next morning. Jeff was very professtional and knowledgeable. This was the 3rd estimate I received for this job; it was on the low end of the bids, and this company, according to my 2 hours worth of tree removal company research, had the best reputation and highest ratings in this area. Therefore, based on their very competitive lower estimate and outstanding reputation, I hired them immediately. They arrived bright and early 2 days later, on Monday morning prior to 8:00 am, and the crew hit the ground running with in minutes! The crew was always working non-stop and very hard the entire time. They removed 5 regular size trees and 1 small tree. They ended the job around 1:00 pm. Surprisingly, they even managed to exceed my expections because all the trees were located right along my fence line; two were growing into the chain linked fence, but they were able to remove the other 4 that weren't growing into the fence all the way down to the ground. I had only asked that the trees be removed to the fence level so this is where they exceeded by expectations by being able to remove those trees down to the ground - nice work! When they were finished, they clean-up'd my entire yard and the side of my neighbors yard (who had some saw dust etc too from the work). And I didn't have to pay until the entire job was complete and met my satisfaction. They are now my go to tree company for both referrals and future business!

Services unlimited said they would arrive between 7:30-8:00am. They arrived at 7:25 and were on the ground working by 7:30am. They brought a crew of 8 or so workers. They never stood still long so it was hard to tell exactly how many men were on the project. Services unlimited had the first large poplar tree down on the ground by 7:45am. I had to go to work so I missed the removal of the other 5 trees. However, when I returned the work was completed in one day. All the trees were cut and removed from my property. The stumps had been ground and removed. My backyard was seeded with grass and hay was placed on top of the seeding. Jeff was extremely professional and explained the details of the job from the proposal stage to the completion of the work. He kept his word and did not ask for payment until I was completely pleased with their services. Services Unlimited offered the best value and pricing compared to other tree removal services. They also have their own equipment so there are no delays in starting the project. I would recommend using them to my friends and family.

Called on Monday and left a message at about 10:30 am. Got a call back at 11:20, and Jeffrey Keane, the estimator, said he could come over immediately and was at my house by 11:50 am. We had two trees that were damaged, and he was very helpful in recommending what to prune and what could be salvaged. He scheduled the work for the next day, and his crew was here right on time (actually a little early) at 8:00 am. They were very professional - it had rained recently, so they put down some plywood to protect the grass in a area that was muddy. The trees were pruned well, and the crew carefully cleaned up everything. So in less than 24 hours from call to the completion of work, they did a great job and the cost ($500 for a couple hours of work with a four man crew) was reasonable. Highly recommend.

This company did not respond to my email request for an estimate. Update 12/16/13: My request was actually via http://www.unlimitedtreeservices.com/contact-us form on the company's website and not via my email account. A representative of the company left a note at my house on 12/6 stating that they did not receive my request.

Excellent service!!! Very professional!!! Great prices! The crew was very professional and did a great job. My father has used them in the past and they have always done a great job. Very quick and easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone I know that needs tree services. Jeff was very helpful with the estimate and explained what and why they were going to do. He also explained my other questions I had about the other tree's in the back yard. Bob and his crew were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very reasonable. They were very efficient.

I had called RJ Berra company for an estimate on trimming a 4 story hickory tree. I got an estimate the same day. The estimate was less than 2 other companies I had gotten quotes from. I called for RJ Berra to perform the work. The came out the very next day. There were on time and cleaned up after themselves in my yard and my neighbors yard where some branches and leaves fell. They were very professional and clean. I will definitely be using them again.

This was a great experience. Their quote was quite competitive, and he walked me through the entire process. Getting the dead tree removed required an assessment from an arborist, so he was able to call in somebody and get that approved before we went forward. On the day of the service, the crew came and introduced themselves before immediately getting to work. All work was completed entirely that morning, and they were really respectful of the trees that we wanted to save, just having some deadwood removed.

Called for an estimate and they came out the next day. The tree was shedding leaves over our pool and we wanted to have it removed. There were (are) our pool and fence and our neighbor's new fence as well as the neighbor's power lines and chimney that were very close to this tree. It was very tricky to miss all of these while cutting down this very large tree. We had also asked that they leave the small dogwood tree that was under the large tree that was being removed. They managed to remove the tree without any damage to property or the little tree. It was amazing how the guy in the tree and the guy in the yard worked the ropes to make everything fall in the right direction. The guys who were cleaning up and putting the tree into the chipper made sure that we were happy with the job and clean up before they left. The stump grinder guys and machine came about 2 hours later and also made sure that we were happy with the job that they did. They arrived when they said they would and it took about 3 hours. A very good experience all around.

The team was simply amazing. A team of 6 arrived with 4 kinds of heavy machinery, including a grinder. Since they worked in a forest-y area they had to be careful not to damage other trees or the house. They worked flawlessly, with extreme precision. Some stumps had to be raised above the house, others had to be "redirected" in order to avoid falling on the neighbor's fence. The very skilled team completed the work in less than 4 hours. This included a very thorough cleanup and grinding up the wood. We chose not to keep the mulch. We wish that we met this team decades ago. We used several other contractors with very different, poor results. The team was so polite and professional that we chose to tip them. Rob Berra's Services Unlimited Tree and Stump Removal Experts team is as good as it gets!

I got several estimates to remove a pine tree in my back yard. They were the first one to give me an estimate and the cheapest at $400. We scheduled a date and time and the day of removal they showed up on time with a crew of 3 . Within 20 minutes they had all the branches removed and all of the trunk except for a 4 foot section which they removed later. They then removed all the branches and trunks to the chipper after which they removed the remaining trunk. They then spent the remainder of the time cleaning the yard and cleaning around the chipper. Overall I was very impressed with how quickly it went and the great cleanup job they did.

Called and left message. Response within 3 hours. Estimate appointment made within 24 hours. Tree work done within 48 hours of original call. 3 man crew arrived at 8 a.m. on schedule with adequate equipment including chain saws, pole saws and a huge chipper. Within an hour all of the cutting had been completed. Within an additional two hours all of the clean up had been completed. Clean up was phenomenal- not a leaf left. Ground was soft from rain and yet care was taken to remove things by hand so that it was not torn up. I would absolutely recommend this professional, polite, hard working team.

We are very happy with the services. They completed the work in 4hours because they used a crane. Other companies stated it would take them a full day to complete the work. I had a 30-40 ft. branch hanging over the roof of my house and Services Unlimited was able to remove it in one piece with the crane without damaging my house or other trees. It's quite impressive to watch. Work was done in the front, back and side yards and they placed all of the logs and firewood in piles in my back yard. (Other companies said they would leave the wood where the trees were cut.) This was a big help getting the big, extremely heavy logs out of our front yard because it took us a couple of weeks to position all of the logs along our backyard path. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up. I had to leave before they were finished and upon my return noticed that they only blew out the gutters in the areas where they were cutting (even though I paid to have all of my gutters done). Following my phone call, they returned a couple of days later and finished the other gutters. The only complaint and reason for the B under professionalism is that they began cutting down trees as soon as they arrived without first speaking to me. Based on past experiences, I find it reasonable to expect the employee in charge to ring the doorbell, introduce himself, briefly discuss the scope of work, the need to move my car out of the garage, etc., AND THEN begin cutting trees. It was quite annoying and overwhelming to have my kids announce that the workers arrived and upon looking out my window,seeing that 6-8 men have already felled a tree and were working on another one.

Was able to reach Bob Berra right after the tornado hit and I was able to get a quote and the tree damage removed the very next day. Always prompt and price is always reasonable. Have used several times and will continue to use going forward.

Another great job by Services Unlimited. I last used the company in February 2011 for removal of multiple branches and a split tree resulting from an ice storm. Consistent with my previous experience, they promptly came out to provide an estimate, and a crew was at my house within 2 hours. They were professional, everyone was working the entire time, and they cleaned up completely. The team leader asked for feedback and if everything was done satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely use this company again.

Outstanding bid. Outstanding service. With the exception of minor driveway depression created by weighty crane, this was a tough and challenging job done in a timely, courteous, and highly professional manner. We would not hesitate to use Berra again or recommend them to others.

A little tricky tree removal, over a fence and leaning, but these guys did the job and made it look easy. Once I made the decision to go with them, (mainly price) they were out the next day, and made quick work of the tree and it is no more!
