I had a proposal within 2 days, Sent them a message on a Saturday to request scheduling and they were out first thing Monday, Said they would be there at 7:30am, they arrived at 7:15am. Had the tree gone (I requested stump to remain) within 2 hours, very professional, took measures to protect house and property. Vary satisfied and highly recommend.

About 6 workers, a crane a chipper and several other trucks were there to do the job. The workers were focused and worked non stop. Very professional and respectful of not only our home but of the neighborhood. they cleaned up beautifully in spite of the nasty weather.

There was minor damage to other trees, but they came back the next dayand cleaned itu p.

Our son was working emergency hours at work in preparation for a hurricane, when he called us for help in getting a fallen tree removed from his backyard. Jeffrey came out immediately when we called him, in the middle of the storm. Since the tree wasn't causing any damage, he asked if he could do remove it after the rain stopped. We certainly agreed. The rain stopped on Sat. and Sunday morning he came out and removed the tree and ground the stump. We are very impressed with Jeffrey's quick response, professionalism and honesty.

Supervisor Jeffrey promptly responded to my initial phone call requesting an inspection and estimate as to the work desired. He met with me the following day and quickly accessed what I proposed was needed and provided his thoughts on how he would best address the work. He promptly at this first meeting provided me with an itemized estimate which I found acceptable. At that same first meeting a contract was executed and he advised he would commence work 4 days following this first meeting. As he promised he, his numerous pieces of equipment and crew arrived within a couple of minutes of the promised arrival time of 7:30 a.m. Jeffrey and his crew worked together as an impressive team with the individual going up in the trees and felling same and the heavy equipment operators being extremely qualified. Particularly impressive was the 40 plus high trees were felled within a limited clearance space of about 10 feet without any damage to the house or anthing else. They did an excellent job of cleaning up to even going up on the roof and using a leaf blower to cleanup the slight amount of saw dust resulting from the tree cutting. They were outstanding in their promptness and professionalism.

A five-man crew started at 7:00AM and finished at 12:00PM. They brought in the bobcat with large jaws,chipper and truck,stump grinder, and large shovel craned truck. This was a massive amount of foliage that was out of control. They even seeded area when done. Bob Berra(owner and bobcat operator) and Jeff Keane(salesman) were great to work with. The job was perfomed in a very timely fashion. No upfront money deposit was required. Their motto is customer satisfaction.

The Owner, Jeff K., arrived promptly at 7:30am with his team of 3 people. They put orange cones in a small portion of the street to block off their truck (mulcher) and had all the equipment ready necessary to get the job done. They removed 10 trees that were growing between two fences. Jeff came back to check-in on the job a few times, His team was awesome and fully capable. The whole team was extremely courteous, respectful, and professional. I had originally been quoted a price that was was slightly higher because I wanted the stumps to be grounded, but unfortunately the machines needed for this task were not able to make their way through our fence (they were too wide). Jeff explained the situation and offered work-around options to ensure that the trees did not grow back. The team wrapped up the job and even suggested that i grab some ivy herbicide so that they could spray it while my fence was off since they did notice some growth. They cleaned up all of the leaves and debris and left everything in great shape! It was a pleasure to do business with a professional that was fair, courteous, and savvy about his industry. I will recommend this service to my friends and associates

We were very pleased with how promptly all of this took place. The estimate was given very quickly, they arranged for Miss Utility to come and the crew was there early on the day the tree was to come down. We thought the price was very competitive, and so did our neighbors who had a similar problem tree. Services Unlimited gave my neighbor a quote and took their tree down the same morning. I highly recommend R.J. Berra Services Unlimited and Jeff Keane was so nice to work with and was so willing to answer our questions.

Woke up to find a tree down and called. Jeff arrived two hours later and provided estimate to remove fallen tree (and stump) and to cut down several other trees that had died which I wanted removed. His crew returned later in week as scheduled and completed job and cleaned area completely. Excellent, reliable service and will use again.

We had a great "show." The locust in the front yard was removed by crane in a single unit; placed on the road and cut up sent through the chipper. The second, much larger tree, in the backyard was removed by crane. The young man operating the crane was able to put the front end of the truck, that held the crane, into the garage in order for the crane to reach and to level the crane using the sidewalk. Quite ingenious! The crane was able to lift several sections (7) of the tree over the garage and place them on the ground for chipping. The last part of the tree was about 6 foot high and about 3 feet around, was sawn through at the base, then lifted over the garage and placed in a truck bed for hauling away. The yard was cleaned of all debris. The stumps were ground; grindings left in place. If this is done when the ground is wet, as it was on the day they came, the grinding machine will leave tire depressions in the ground. Excellent job! Great crew! I have already recommended them to several friends.

From the beginning, Mr. Jeff Keane was responsive, professional, thorough and accommodating. His team came out, did an excellent job, trimmed a few trees at the front of the property as a bonus and came back out promptly when we noticed that they had accidentally missed a stump. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone, and I would definitely contract their services again when needed.

Trimmed two trees on our property. Did an outstanding job and cleaned up all debris. Trimmed a tree that was on a neighbor's property, right on the property line. This is where the contractor far exceeded all expectations. Jeff Keane made a separate trip to meet with the neighbor, who was being extremely unreasonable, but ultimately agreed to the trimming. We wanted to trim some branches that were over our side of the property line in order to eliminate shading on our roof--we are putting a solar panel system in. When the tree trimming occurred the neighbor rescinded permission and made some threats. Legally, we can trim, from our property, any roots and branches that go over the property line. So, Jeff had his crew come out a second time to do this. They were not able to reach the highest branches without special equipment, so they came out one additional time to complete the job. They did outstanding work and communicated very well throughout this difficult task. They also removed two small trees, including removing all roots, and shredding and removing the debris. Again, they did great work. This contractor was very responsive, they did the work in a very timely manner and charged a fair price for everything that was involved. Jeff Keane, in particular, was fantastic to work with. I would hire this contractor again without reservation and I strongly recommend them. It doesn't get better than this.

Wow! I was so impressed with their work I used them twice. First to trim dead wood from a tall tree in the Spring; second time they removed a dying trunk of a tree. They arrived at the stated time. Did an amazing job and detailed clean up. You wouldn't know they had been at my house except my trees looked better. Professional all the way around and a decent price.

I wish working with all contractors was this easy!!! I wish there was and "A+++" score!!! I contacted them via Angi's list. Within 24 hours had a quote. Within 2 days service was completed. I contacted 4 companies. 1 contacted my after I had hired Jeffery and his crew. 1 contacted me today. and 1 has not contacted me yet. I am over the moon with the Job that they did. Showed up on time, Moved quickly and cleanly. If you need tree maintenance done?Look no further. These are your Guys! Fair Price. Will use them again in the fall for some more tree removal.

The estimate was very reasonable. On the day of service, the team came on time and was very careful in the removal and trimming of the trees. They were very professional and we have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I found this service advertised on the back of my church bulletin and checked out their ratings on Angie's List. Jeff came out for a consultation and estimate: very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fair in price. As shown above, I was incredibly impressed with the prices; I thought it would be much more - but I was somewhat in the dark about the actual costs anyway. Each item was given a price; rather than one price for the whole job. This allowed me to assemble the package I could afford, which turned out to be everything. The first scheduled day turned out to be a rain out; the contractor was responsible enough to contact us (rather than we, them) to reschedule, since heavy work wouldn't be good on the lawn. On the next scheduled day, which turned out sunny and dry, the folks arrived on time and I was introduced to the foreman and the workers (about 3 men). Jeff, the foreman, and I went around the yard to review again all the work and to consider a few other small items that I since discovered needed to be done. They accommodated these well. Overall, I was greatly satisfied with the job. Some of the backyard was torn up by the dragging of some rather large tree trunks, but I guess that some marginal damage is expected like this (only reason I gave "B" in quality). Other than this, the job was great. I would definitely use them again, especially for annual or biannual trimming of my neighbors' overgrowth into our yard.

They were swamped from all the storm damage but they were able to come and remove my two damaged trees within several days after I gave the ok to have the work done. They were efficient and professional. They did an excellent job on the clean up. My co-worker had recommended them to me because they had done excellent work for him.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in dealing with a service provider. I got three names from Angies List for tree work and called all three for appointments on a Saturday. Jeff Keane from Services Unlimited was the first to call next Monday. He suggested a time when he could come over which was not convenient for me. We agreed that he would come at 7:30PM when I would be home and there was enough daylight to look around. He listened to what I had in mind and made a few suggestions that I welcomed. After talking to one of the other services I wanted to do something slightly different than my original vision of what I wanted, so I called Jeff again and we met the same afternoon. The work was performed the following Monday and I was pleased to see the results when I came home in the evening. I think what impressed me the most about Jeff is that he listened to me and understood what I wanted to do. One of the other quotes I got was for so much more than I was prepared for that it became a non-starter right away.

They did a super job in a quick and professional manner. Honored all our requests and cleaned the yard after.

After beginning to remove the Leyland cypress myself, I needed someone to come in and finish the job. They were fast, responsive and efficient and reasonable. I am very pleased with the job they did, and will use them again.
