+ -1 moreI was pleased with how hard the crew worked and they worked all the time they were there. There were no "coffee breaks" someone was always working. It is a large house with a large roof and, since little maintenance had been done in the previous 40 years, the damaged facscia had to be totally replaced. The crew was pleasant and were nice people. The manager made sure they were doing the best job possible. My only complaint is that they did not completely clean up the old roof tarp paper and I am still cleaning bits and pieces which were large enough they should not have been missed. They left it "mostly" cleaned up. All trash was hauled away and overall they did a great job!
Description of Work: They started a day late because the roofing materials did not arrive on time Thursday (the first day). They finished the actual roof in one day working over 12 hours. (Friday) They returned Monday to do the downspouts/gutters but could not complete all of them due to rotted fascia boards. They returned early on Tuesday to complete the work. There was a lot of repair needed on the roof and the fascia which made a two-day job last longer but they worked the entire time when on-site and did a great job.
