 + 0 moreIt really well. Carl came out the day after I called and showed up right on time in the morning. He walked through the place, and it was a fairly new place, but he had oversaw some of the building so he knew it already. He was pretty thorough. The building was new, but there was a lot of problems with the build so we had to file for warantee funds to get it fixed.
Description of Work: I just needed him to right up an estimate for me on some warantee repairs on my condo unit which included window replacement.

 + 1 moreI think the quality of his work. The end result was quite nice and was what I expected it to be. They did fix some of the wiring in the ceiling which was nice. I didn't get a second quote because the ceiling had just fallen so we wanted to get in done. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. It was average. I would recommend them to others because the end result was nice, but I would hope the service was a little better. They weren't as punctual as they could have been.
Description of Work: He replaced a plastered ceiling that had fallen down. He put up the ceiling and repainted the room.
