I really love their business! He gives you good options to pick from. He's also very prompt, honest, and competent.

He was really prompt and his price was reasonable. He also tuned up the garage door and helped me program the built-in remote of my car without any extra charge.

This is the second time we've used Billy Doors and they do great work at very good prices. And they can come in a pinch and explain things well. Will use them again.

Highly recommended. Billy Doors came on a weekend to fix a broken torsion spring on my garage. Work was efficient, very good value, and Billy took the time to explain maintenance, as well as other options to consider. No sales pitch, just answered questions. Also fixed minor issue with the lights on our motor drive.

I called Billy the day before a predicted major snow storm and he answered the phone. While he did not have any appointments the following day he was willing (weather permitting) to come that day. We agreed on an appointment the following day to avoid any issues with the snow and he was very flexible in the date and time of the appointment. He showed up on time and not only replaced the spring but tweaked a couple of other items that needed some adjusting. He explained everything he was doing to my wife who was home, made the repairs quickly and was done. The garage door has actually been working better than it was prior to the repair.

I called and left a message and Billy called me back the same day. I explained what happened and that we also wanted him to look over the doors to make sure all was well. We set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived on time and prepared. He replaced both springs on one door and performed general maintenance on both doors to make sure they were aligned correctly and greased properly. He was professional, personable, and we would recommend him highly.

I've had Billy Doors service my mom's garage door in the past. The garage door opened, but wouldn't close. Called Billy this morning and he was able to stop over the same day. He fixed the problem quickly. Prompt, professional, and gave a senior discount. I definitely recommend Billy Doors for garage door repairs.

Billy did a great job today. I am really happy with how quickly he responded to my call. He was on time. He did a great job diagnosing the problem. He did not try to sell me anything. He just did his job and that was it. Very nice person too.

When I called, he was in the neighborhood and offered to come within 20 minutes, but I couldn't be there then, so we scheduled it for right after a holiday weekend. Billy was responsive, friendly yet professional. He explained what he was doing and gave an opinion on some of the facets of the system. The repair took about an hour.

Garage door attachment was broken. Called on a Thursday afternoon and he was there an hour later. Fixed broken door as well as a few other problems. Excellent service, reasonable price, nice guy. This is a slam dunk if you have a garage door problem.

I called thinking that I needed a new garage door, got excellent guidance and advice over the phone, and then when he came out to see my actual door, he recommended that we only needed to replace the bottom panel. He came exactly when he said he would, did a terrific job, and ultimately, we saved a bundle. This is an honest, knowledgeable, helpful and reliable business; I give it my highest recommendation.

I had one bid for a door but it became apparent that the representative that I was dealing with did not want the job. A local distributor of the door that I wanted gave me Billy Doors contact information. From the first call, Billy was very prompt, responsive, and professional. He advised me to buy a different model than I was looking at because it would have a better appearance since it was manufactured with solid sections of wood versus fingered sections. Better yet, his bid for this more expensive door was less than the first bid. Billy did a fantastic job installing and balancing the doors especially give the floor of the garage had settled unevenly. And yes, the door looks fantastic.

I was in need of repair for a few weeks, but other companies didn't respond to my calls. I saw the BIlly door truck in the neighborhood and he came right away to diagnose the problem. When he realized what we needed, he had the part right on his truck and fixed it right there. I was so impressed that I asked him to replace the other door if he thought we needed it and he recommended that we wait if we were moving! He tunred down and easy sell because it wasn't the best for our family!!! We were so impressed. He was quick, prompt, and very knowlegeable. He was also very pleasant with all who live here. He gave us additional recommendations without charging a cent.

He showed up on time, did the work quickly, explained how I could save some money, answered all questions well, and the door has been problem free since the work was done (which, however, was only four months ago).

The spring and both cables on our garage door broke. My husband called Billy Doors around 12:30 p.m., and by 1:30 Billy was here to fix the door. He worked quickly, replaced the cables and the spring, adjusted the tension, and sprayed the tracks and the hinges with teflon. He also explained how the springs work and how to choose the right size and tension. He was prompt, efficient, thorough, and personable. Note: The Angie's List information indicates there are two employees; however Billy told me he is the only one, though sometimes if there will be heavy lifting he brings his son or one of his suppliers. Also, Angie's list has him located at a former address on Arcola Avenue in Silver Spring. He is now in Burtonsville.

This guy is great. When I called him initially, he gave me some free advice on how to fix the problem myself. When that didn't work, I called him back and he came out right away. After he finished, I wouldn't let him leave until he gave me a sticker to put under my garage opener listing his number so that if I ever have a problem I can get in touch with him right away. I highly recommend him.

Showed up same day but had to come back again because of parts avail. but only charged for one visit. Fast, helpful, suggested some self maintenance to keep unit in good shape. Very good to work with. Going into my permanant service people list.

I contacted Billy about a malfunctioning garage door opener that is approximately 16 years old. First, Billy spent a great deal of time with me over the phone in an effort to diagnose/troubleshoot/correct the problem. When that did not work, we scheduled an appointment and he came out the very next day, on time. The the problem with the door was intermittent, and of course it initially appeared to work just fine. However, Billy serviced the doors and ultimately he was able to determine that the opener needed a new circuit board. Billy replaced it on the spot, was professional, thorough and timely throughout. Approximately one month later, my second garage door began acting up, and on I called Billy. I called on a Sunday morning, fully expecting an answering machine, and instead Billy answered. He again walked us through a troubleshooting exercise, and sure enough it worked! The opener has been working fine since, and we incurred no charge! I would absolutely recommend Billy Doors.
