"Landers was recommended to me by a friend after my 23 year old dishwasher started having problems. I could not find the make/model that I wanted but Landers was able to obtain my new dishwasher. The sale was done over the phone and the dishwasher was installed the following week. Bobby and Sean were great. "Only giving 2 stars due to promptness of arrival. My 3 y/o Bosch dishwasher developed a leak resulting in an error and the unit not working as designed. I contacted JB Appliance and they were able to come to my house the same day which was great! The tech arrived on time and was very professional while he was in my home. He took all of 10-15 minutes to diagnose that my dishwasher had a leaking tank. He quickly buttoned everything up and said I would receive a quote to repair in the next day or two. I actually received the quote the same day to the tune of $520(ish) for parts and labor. I then looked up the part to see how much they were marking it up which wasn't that bad. The bad part of this situation when I was searching for the part I came across MANY reviews of the Bosch dishwasher of people who had the exact same issue (cracked plastic nut). They also talked about what the actual issue was. After reading this I decided to buy the part that Bosch upgraded to due to the consistent problem. Part was approximately $9 + shipping. I emailed the rep who sent the quote asking for half of my $120 diagnosis trip fee back because the issue was not correctly diagnosed. I was essentially told no with some not true excuse as to why their recommendation was correct. So I went from a quote of $520(ish) + the $120 already spent to what I actually paid for the repair (approx. $10). Do not recommend because of shady business practices."
