The ABCDF ratings are my average of two experiences: First experience (temporary fix): Started off a bit slow (took them about 24 hours to call me back after my first call for help), but once they did call back with a time they could come they were on time and did a great job at getting the temporary fix in place quickly (clamp on the broken spring ends), and were first-class professional. Straight A's. If you need someone to get your door working, and it's not a desperate emergency, I recommend them. Second experience (getting a quote on a new door): This didn't work out for me. t had to follow up (they were busy and/or out of town). I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers on the cost of the replacement door, and had to ask some follow-up questions to get the final price. If you use them, be sure to ask how much EVERYTHING is going to cost you (new door cost, new door installation, hauling away the old door - all of it), once you've settled on a particular model. I was getting answers that didn't include some significant installation costs. I ended up going with another provider for the exact same door, at a lower price. Overall, however, the were still very polite, which shouldn't be given short shrift. Overall, a 'C' grade on this second experience, primarily because I felt that I was having to do the follow-up, and because I felt that the pricing information I was getting was not the full story and, ultimately, because I was able to get the exact same door installed for significantly less. You should absolutely consider them for your job, but be sure to ask questions and be prepared to do some follow up.
Description of Work: So, the ABCDF ratings are my average of two experiences: First experience: one of the torsion springs on our garage door snapped and they came out to get a temporary fix in place. For that job, I give them straight A's. However, my second experience was a bust. I asked them to quote me a new door (as an option to just getting a new spring, because our door was pretty hammered). I give them a 'C' average on that.

Everything was great. John was very professional, neat, and clean. He was also very handy. He went through the garage sprucing things up that we did not even mention to him.
Description of Work: We had the spring on the garage door repaired. We also had a maintenance check up on the garage parts.
