This was about as friction-less as the Internet offers. I submitted my request for quote. Five minutes later R3 called and asked for me to send them a picture of the debris to be removed (I broke-up an ancient work-bench in my basement left by the previous owners). R3 looked at the picture, called back with a quote in 15 minutes, we agreed on a fair price, I provided a credit card number, and scheduled the removal. I didn't even need to be home. Five minutes after the job was done, I received a photo showing that the job was complete, and 30 minutes after that, I received an emailed receipt and a thank you note. Great service model, fair pricing, and job completed quickly. Yes, I will gladly use R3 again.

I needed to have our house completely moved out this week, after living in it for 18 years. Ryan responded quickly and provided an estimate and worked out scheduling the job quickly. It was a large job requiring 4 truckloads to be removed, which is what he estimated. He and his crews were thorough, removing all furniture, bagging all the smaller items and sorting what could be recycled. The trucks went out full - they diligently worked to not have large amounts of empty space. I highly recommend R3 for anyone looking to have their house cleaned out or have any junk removed.
