Description of Work: August 1 update: I am pleased to report that I received a call from the owner, followed by a refund check in the mail. He apologized and explained that he and I had been victimized by a dishonest employee who is not longer there. He offered a 100% refund and I suggested a lesser amount because a portion of work was actually performed. We agreed, and he sent the check. I believe his story regarding the dishonest employee, as I had previously suspected him. Unfortunately, these things occasionally happen, particularly to small businesses that are more vulnerable than larger companies that have HR departments to back them up. Original Report: This company took my money and did not perform the work. They are dishonest. Do not do business with them!!! They claim to provide high quality powerwashing and refinishing. They provide neither. They started the work, took my money, and did not return to finish the work. Several phone calls received no reply. I sent emails asking for a call back. No call has been returned. I send an email requesting a refund. Nothing has been received. This is being written on July 5, 2011.
