Luis and his partner did a great job! He was responsive to my emails and questions. When Luis and his partner arrived to begin the job, they realized the color of the new fascia/ rake board did not match our siding. Luis was able to get the correct color and replace the old stuff before the end of the day. My boyfriend was present when they were doing the job and he said they were very polite. I would definitely hire Luis for any additional jobs we need!

They tackled a complex job involving an old home which has had several additions. We had roof leaking in one area, shingles missing in two others, and both sloped and flat roofs needing replacement and repair. They were responsive, timely and constructive in both solving problems and doing the work. This occurred during a time when the weather was not cooperating, yet they met work deadlines. Since the repairs are done we have had numerous heavy rain events with no issues with their work. We would hire them again.

¡Beware! Stay away. Complete ripoff. we had (still have) 2 leaks coming through the roof. He came and did an estimate, he said he would have to come back in 2 days because he had to go buy materials, in his words “this is a big job I’m going to have to change the flashing and what not. it’s going to take a lot of work.” His estimate was high $850 but understandable considering the amount of work and materials it would take. So 2 days pass by he shows to do the work, With a claulking gun and some tar for the gun. He’s up in the on the roof for about 50 minutes, comes down says he’s finished. He refused to change shingles that clearly needed to be changed. He still wanted the $850 for the work, when I mentioned $850 was agreed on considering the amount of materials and labor it would take, he bumped it down to $750. Mind you we still have leaks and now we have to call someone else. Stay away.

Luis was fantastic. As it turns out, all five of the boots needed to be replaced, as well as the gutters cleaned. Additionally, Luis installed a flashing to redirect the water flow. He completely the job quickly and was professional and very courtesy. We have already referred him to a neighbor and would definitely use him again.
