City Clean gets an A+ from me! The whole process went very well. From initial contact through completion of work all communication was timely and professional. My deck, fencing, siding and cement look great!

The two person crew arrived on time and performed the services in an efficient and professional manner.

Excellent job--I doubted that the mildew, mold and discoloration from several trees that previously shaded or stood next to the front of our house could be removed without scrubbing, if at all. Dan assured me that their cleaning solution and soft wash system should be effective, and they did a wonderful job removing all discoloration, mold and mildew from our siding and cleaning the gutters.

Everything went very well. I requested a quote and Dan called me. He asked me to take some photos of the house and deck so he could see the condition and he was very forthcoming in explaining that the pressure washing might not help some of the marks on my house, but would make a big improvement. He explained the charges and also explained that because there was a minimum charge for sealing decks after pressure washing, I might be better off to do it myself, since the deck was so small. I appreciate when companies are honest and help me save money, rather than trying to get all of my money. We arranged the date for the pressure washing and it was done quite efficiently and my house and deck looked great afterward.

We are very happy with the work that City Clean did. We have a very large deck and it gets quite dirty. City Clean responded promptly to our call for an estimate, did the estimate, and came out 2 days later to clean the deck. They arrived on time and did a great job -- our deck looks like new! There were two of them and they both did an excellent job. I had asked if I didn't need the whole hose if they would come out and do just the porch and they said that they would if we wanted them to. They got rid of all the pollen and everything was usable right away. They are very careful about the pressure that they use so that they don't harm anything and they use a hypoallergenic solution. They were reliable. They were easy to work with. They came when they said they would. We have had them before and we would use them again.

Words cannot describe how well this job went. An answering service took my information down, and when I heard back from Dan, he had an estimate along with a date for the work to be done. The first surprise was they kept to the date of service they quoted me. The day before the work was to be done, Dan gave me an estimated time of arrival. Sure enough, Tim and Leah showed up, did the most amazing job and cleaned everything contracted better than I could have ever expected.

Dan was very responsive in providing and estimate, scheduling an appointment, and emailing documentation. The service team did a great job cleaning the siding and driveway. Everything went very smooth.

City clean did a great job on the house and I could only tell they had come by how clean it was! The price was reasonable and when they couldn't come out due to weather issues they were very accommodating to a make up date. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I bought a Big Deal Low Pressure House Washing from City Clean, Inc. In addition they cleaned window frames thoroughly, rinsed the windows, outside surface of gutter and downspouts. The house looks great. This is my 2nd time using their service. I would definitely do business with them again.

The crew arrived a little early and scoped out the project before getting started. They announced themselves by ringing my doorbell and introducing themselves. They proceeded to get set up and began working. My deck hadn't been cleaned in the 10 years of its existence and it was now coated with grime. About 30 to 40 minutes later, I walked out onto a deck that looked as good as it did the day it was constructed. It was clean! I was quite pleased with the results. I can't wait to buy new furniture so I can spend time on my newly cleaned deck. The railings are sparking as well.

The guys cleaned roof of 50 years plus house and cleaned an area of moss.

It was alright. That was misleading with price and to pay on the double level was misleading.

They were delightful to deal with. Dan was very nice, professional, and responsive. The people that did the work, Tim (I think) and a young woman (I didn't get her name) were very professional, friendly, neat, and a pleasure to deal with. I had to leave right after they came, and I felt completely comfortable having them work on the house without me there.

Two men arrived on time. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They helped me move two heavy from the deck. They wasted no time and cleaned everything ver well. They even power washed my adjacent windows and doors. After they finished, they went with me to inspect their work. I am very satisfied.

The employees showed up within the window I was given. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. The work was completed exactly as contracted within the time estimate provided. I would say that their claim that they "have found that a combination of low-pressure and the proper mixture of cleaning agents [that] is hands down the most effective method of killing and removing all of the mold, mildew and atmospheric pollution that builds up on every house" to be true. In the past, high pressure power washing has resulted in leaks. However, there were no leaks associated with this low pressure system and my siding looks just as it did when it was installed 3 years ago. I will definitely hire this company again the next time my home needs washing.

Excellent service. It took a while to get hold of Dan Steele--he is very busy. Once we described what we wanted done and had agreed on the costs and a date he emailed me a contract. Due to weather problems he contacted us to see if we could reschedule our job, but was extremely flexible and helpful when it became clear that this would not work for us. His team came on time and did an excellent job. Will definitely go back to City Clean and will recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for a job well done.

City Clean Inc. We contracted City Clean to power wash our house and also wash the roof. We have asphalt shingles and didn?t realize they could be cleaned. The roof and siding had mold and mildew that had built up over the years. The crew from City Clean showed up early and worked very hard for hours. They never stopped and did a great job. They were very friendly and polite. We couldn?t have asked for anything more. The siding and roof look like new. I would recommend City Clean to anyone. I?ll have them back in a couple of years to do the siding again. What a great company!

Dan Steele was professional and courteous. He set up a date but had to reschedule due to weather. The second time, the wind was too strong. Even with the postponements, Dan kept me apprised of the situation and offered many reschedule times that were convenient for me. Today when they came, Derick and Keith were professional, courteous, and friendly! They made sure to ask me if there were any places of concern before they started and answered any questions I had. It only took them about 1 1/2 hours. They checked with me and I asked if the small spot on the porch could be addressed and Derick was right there making sure it met with my approval! I will definitely go to this company for any future needs I have! The price was reasonable and they give a discount for Angie's List members! I have a ranch house with an apartment area in the basement for my son. It's not a big house but it was well taken care of by City Clean! I was really glad I could use the services of a local company! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The power washing of the house was fine. The window cleaning wasn't great. You could hardly tell that the windows had been washed. I had expected the difference to be more noticeable.

Purchased the Big Deal for house pressure washing, plus bonus service. Dan Steele was quick to respond, and we scheduled the work to be performed on September 8. The crew arrived promptly and began work. The house had not been washed for several years, so there was a buildup of dirt and green slime. When they were finished, the siding was thoroughly clean and white again. I was home during the service and had the opportunity to interact with the crew. Both guys were efficient, polite and personable. We were very pleased with the outcome, and will be calling on City Clean for future house washing.
