They came when they said they would and did a wonderful job. i never knew they were there except that my house looked great. I do not remember what the cost of this was. Description of Work: This is a total cleaning of the exterior of the house. They did a fairly good job except left part of the siding towards the roof not clean and still has dirt. I called to complain and I was informed that it would not come off. I disputed that and said they cleaned similar dirt at the lower wall area. They then send some one out and ended up cleaning the dirt off. While the end results were satisfactory, it was a little hassle to call and complain.

Description of Work: The company provided two workers who applied a soap and, I think, bleach mixture to the house's aluminum siding. They followed up with a thorough water rinse of the siding. They were successful in cleaning three year's worth of grime from the siding. Good job!

Description of Work: City Clean pressure washed my house, including the painted brick and windows. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. The equipment they used was much better than just basic pressure washer equipment that I've tried to use in the past. The low pressure was an added bonus as my vinyl siding is older and it looks like it’s brand new. I will surely use them again.

Description of Work: Low pressure power wash of entire mobilehome to include th downspouts and windows. Screens had been removed by owner prior to power wash. While outside of mobilehome looks great, upon close inspection, BLACK DIRT settlement leftwas on every window sill. This was easly removed with my small (1500 psi) power washer. I would still use this contractor again as I believe they just forgot to d a final rinse.

Description of Work: Since I live in a wooded area, my home was in serious need of powerwashing. .. I had a lot of green from the trees and just accumulated dirt on my gutters. The entire transaction from phone call to completion of project was done in a professional manner. I had asked for an estimate on some other work that I will need later on and was given a fair price. When I returned home from work and looked around, I was more than pleased. Even my windowsills were clean!! Will definitely call on again. Thank you!
