Description of Work: Dan Steele's team from City Clean hand-washed the siding in back of my townhouse, power-washed a 12 X 28 concrete patio, power-washed and sealed some 36 feet of board-on-board fence, power-washed the stoop out front and cleaned and power-washed a section of sidewalk. The sidewalk and patio were deeply stained. I had despaired of the stains coming out, but City Clean got rid of them! The fence looked like a new fence after they had finished. The siding needed special handling because it had been painted. City Clean got the dirt off and left the paint undisturbed. I was very happy with their work, and have recommended them to people I know.

They did an epoxy type of floor in my two car garage & installed baseboard. | |The results of the power washing was outstanding. My garage is a hobby one with heavy tool cabinets, power tools, workbench, etc. This was a real issue & City Clean was the only company that found a way to clear the garage by renting a pod & moving everything to it & returning it to the garage. The garage floor presented them with challenges when the oil stains would not submit to their customary power washing & diamond grinding. They spent extra days jack hammering up five areas of the floor & applying new cement. This extra work was done cheerfully & without extra cost. Speaking of cost, City Clean never asked for one cent until the job was totally done to my satisfaction. Satisfaction does not begin to express the way City Clean's team handled everything. Their work exceeded any company I have had work on my homes in over 45 years! And if that is not enough, Dan, Tim, & Leah are the nicest & most decent folks I have had work on my homes. I even did something I have never done--I insisted that they add $100.00 to the invoice. The crown jewel of companies! |

Description of Work: The good folks at City Clean came to pressure wash my house. They helped me move furniture and objects off my porch. Then they asked if I wanted them to "pressure wash" my outdoor furniture (which was in great need of "a bath"). I happily accepted their offer. There was no charge for this little extra perk. City Clean uses low pressure and environmentally friendly products. They take great care with screens, gutters, and downspouts. City Clean will be my go-to company for all my future pressure washing needs. I have a large deck and a big fence, both of which will get the City Clean treatment in the future.

Description of Work: City Clean used a low pressure system to clean the outside of our two story (plus walkout basement) home. The back side of the house was heavily soiled with a nasty mold which they worked diligently to remove. At my request, they hit some specific areas and advised me on the approaches to clean certain specific locations/areas in the future. The house looks significantly better, and I am satisfied with the work performed and the team involved.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal for pressure washing. While the crew was here pressure washing the house I also had them pressure wash the concrete steps outside and my deck. I also arrange for them to come back and stain my deck. When all was completed they had done a better job than companies I have used in the past.

Description of Work: Though we haven't decided which provider to use for the service we need performed, City Clean is a top contender just for their incredible responsiveness and professionalism. The job I had estimated was for my community - a long wooden bridge that goes through the woods and over a stream.
