Tim was very professional and responsive. We were able to get the washing done quickly and the staining done within the next week (after waiting for the rain to pass). Tim stained the deck by hand, making sure to get all the areas which had faded and peeled from the last job (a contractor who sprayed the deck with a two year guarantee which lasted less than a year. It wasn't worth returning the business with that company). Tim was able to match our current stain and went above and beyond by touching up some areas we didn't even discuss. The deck looks great! I had received several estimates and although Clean Again was not the cheapest they were the most professional and knowledgeable. The final product far exceeded my expectations. I was told that there was a 100% mold/mildew removal guarantee on my siding but had no idea what that actually looks like until I saw that my siding looked brand new! My fence was in terrible shape and they were able to bring it back to life. My concrete was green and slippery and they were able to make it look like new!! I am very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to have this type of work done. It is not often, nowadays, to find a small company run by such honest and hardworking people who really WANT to do a good job for you and treat you fairly. Clean Again Pressure Washing is just that, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and I applaud his work ethics and honesty.

Tim was professional, personable, co-operative and hard-working. He did a very neat and thorough job.

They were very reasonable and excellent. The owner came out and gave me an estimate and explained all the colors and the pressure washing. He came back and showed me samples. They were very responsive by phone and were nice. They did a very good job and I have recommended them to a friend.

It worked out fabulous. They were punctual, it took the length of time they said it would. I am using them from here on out. Very reasonable.

Tim came promptly as promised and gave us an estimate which we felt was very fair. He returned with an associate and did all of the power washing in one day. Due to a number of rainy days in between he was not able to return to finish the job for almost 2 weeks, but when he did he and his co-worker worked from morning until night to finish the work. Some of the spray sealer got on one of our cars and Tim cleaned it off. He offered to come back and clean up any areas he might have missed. Decks, etc., look great!

Tim and his crew did an outstanding job. He explained all the options and provided recommendations specific to our situation. He started and ended exactly when he said he would. Took great precautions to protect all surfaces from the staining (he even removed some old stain that your truly, ahem, inadvertently got on our siding). Did an excellent job of clean-up. Best of all, the deck looks fantastic. And that was a bit of a challenge because it had been built in three stages (all the support wood was original, then we replaced the decking, then we added steps). After his treatment, though, it looks like one smooth unit. And the difference when it rains is obvious. Couldn't be happier.
