I have used this company several times they are very professional, always on time and are doing a great job.

Excellent job ... looks great and exceeded my expectations.

We will hire another company to do the cleaning since we can no longer depend on City Clean.

I got them off of Angie's List, and they do it every year for me. I've been very happy with them. They're punctual, they do the job, they clean up. I know from the other people I talked to, they were right there for the typical price for the service. I would give them A's down the board. I've been very happy with them.

After some miscommunication on my part, Dan finally got me scheduled. They came when they said they would, did a great job (house looks sooooo good!), and they were very respectful of my property, which I neglected to move before they got here (sorry Dan, I will next year). I wish I had taken a pic of the "before", but it was embarrassing.

I was very impressed with City Clean. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient through the whole process. I had green growth on my siding and porch railings as well as a general buildup of dirt on the surface of white trim. I was preparing to paint and wanted the power washing done before hand to make sure the paint would have a clean surface to adhere to. I almost cancelled the painters after City Clean completed their work. All of the green growth and dirt was completely gone and the white trim was bright white. I would highly recommend this service and plan to use them again in the future.

We had our house and deck pressure washed. Tim and Leah did a wonderful job, and the house looks great. They were both very professional, friendly, and the job was done quickly. They even carried our deck table up to the deck when they finished. (It is heavy.) Thank you both and for the courteous responses from Dan and the office staff.

Dan, the owner, was very professional and accommodating to my needs before I put my house on the market to be sold. The two technicians who completed the work did an amazing job, and when they were done everything looked brand new. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and work of everyone I dealt with at CityClean. They are definitely the only company I will consider and use in the future.

Great. They came and cleaned the siding and deck a couple of weeks ago but had to wait on the weather to sand and re-stain the deck. Looks great. Dan was very responsive to e-mails. Used them about 3-4 years ago and will use them again!

Although they arrived a little later than expected, they were able to finish the job before the sun set. The fence looks like it is brand new, all the weathering and mildew was removed. I would use the again for this type of service.

Excellent from start to finish! I first hired City Clean about 4 years ago and hired them again to clean my house today. Each time my experience with City Clean has been perfect. Dan's customer service and responsiveness is ideal and the work performed is absolutely excellent. City Clean is one of those unique businesses where you can request and then relax, knowing that the job will be handled with complete professionalism.

City Clean was on time and very efficent at the task. We have a number of shrubs all around the house which they were careful to avoid. Effectiveness of the spraying was immediately obvious.

Great service. House siding is much cleaner now. No problems encountered. It took less time than I thought it would. This is a professional service with a truck dedicated to house washing and not some dude with a power washer from Home Depot. I will definitely hire them again when the house siding needs cleaning.
