The service turned out pretty well. I was a little bit disappointed that they did not clean my deck, but my husband informed me that that was not included which I thought was kind of crazy.

I would highly recommend this company! I called Dan after reading the reviews and he returned my call promptly and after emailing a few photos, he gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job via email. The crew was punctual. friendly and very polite. They did a wonderful job power washing the house and even cleaned a few gutters and trimmed a few limbs at no extra charge. This was great since we are seniors and can no longer climb on the roof. They did a marvelous job on the deck. It was a 28 years old deck and it honestly looked almost new after they were done! I liked them so much I asked them to return to clean the garage floor. I had a wonderful experience with this company and I would use them anytime!

City Clean came one day to pressure wash the siding and deck, and returned the following week to sand and stain the deck. Everything went fine. Siding looks great, and our deck has never looked better. Dan was very easy to work with, and they did a great job. Have already recommended them to neighbors!

This is my second time using City Clean. Both times they did a superlative job. The work they did the first time is still clean and free of mold. This job came out great!!! The side of my house, my steps, driveway and sidewalk are the cleanest in the neighborhood. The chief technician, Leah, does a marvelous job. She is an expert professional who knows what to do, her demeanor is tremendous and she does the job on a timely basis. We will use City Clean again if the need arises.

Very well. Team was professional and friendly. Were very careful of my landscape plantings and no plants were harmed. Did a great job on the washing even in some rather hard to reach places. They were quit careful not to spray water into the gable vents. Arrived on time and finished in a reasonable period of time. Communication with the owner was timely and all costs were spelled out up front, no surprises. I have no comparison to other companies but I would highly recommend them.

They came out when they said they would. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I ended up paying more than the amount I originally paid for so they could do my deck. Everything turned out fine and the work they did on the house was good.

Went well. Arrived on time, performed the service promptly and professionally. Had trouble scheduling. I had requested contact by phone when I purchased the service, but the provider only tried contact by email, which kept being filtered out as spam. I was expecting contact from the provider within a couple business days after purchasing from Angie's List, which was the quick contact arrangement.. When I didn't hear, I contacted Angie's list support to get a phone number for the provider, and I was able to set a schedule, but with a several week delay. I felt they could have been more proactive making contact when there was no response to their spammed-out email.

The service performed was excellent. The team arrived and began right away. It was a two member team. The job included washing all the siding on the exterior of my home.

City Clean responded to my initial Angie's List inquiry within hours. They promised to have a person stop by in the next couple days to view the house, deck, and porch and to provide a quote. I received my quote by the end of the week. The City Clean price was in line with pricing from other providers I also solicited. I exchanged e-mails numerous times with Dan from City Clean to clarify items, get answers and coordinate getting the power washing completed before some new landscaping work that was also planned. Dan was always responsive; I never waited more that a few hours for a response. I added a request to also have the crew seal the screened in porch's ceiling with its exposed beams and numerous pieces of detail work. Dan quickly and reasonable adjusted the price. Given July's crappy weather (lots of rain, mugginess, and overcast skies), it was a couple weeks between the power washing and the sealing / staining. The staining crew showed up in mid afternoon, and I was a bit worried that they would have to rush to finish the job. My worries however, were completely unfounded. The 6 individuals worked methodically to get the ceiling done, making sure all the surfaces were well sealed and soaked with stain. The ceiling and its beams involved a considerable amount of hand (brush) work. the crew went about it carefully, then thoroughly wrapped the ceiling fans and other exposed fixtures before starting to use the sprayer. The crew at about 7pm and were polite and professional to the end. They made sure I was satisfied with how things looked and everything was as expected. They told me if there were any spots that dried unevenly or lighter than others, just to call and they would be back to fix things. I did notice a couple such spots after a week or so. True to their promise, they came quickly and evened things out. I could not have been more satisfied with all my interactions with Dan and the crew from City Clean and will use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and it was great. They were actually here this morning. The Big Deal was based on a certain area and I know it was identified as a disclaimer on the deal. They charged $182 more because I had a bigger area that what was the maximum for the deal.

We were satisfied with them. I thought the pricing was reasonable.

Our deck was power washed 2 years ago by another company and it was just ok and they didn't get rid of all the mold. This summer I searched Angie's List for other companies and chose City Clean based on their reviews. Dan is great to deal with because he explained what needed to be done to get rid of the mold. We did a deep power cleaning and the deck looks AWESOME. My husband and I are extremely pleased. I wish we had known about them 2 years ago. City Clean now has us as lifetime customers. We highly recommend them and will tell all our friends about them. City Clean is the BEST company to use if you want your deck cleaned!

They arrived on time & were finished in 1 hour. They let me know they were finished.

Used Angie's List Big Deal to hire Dan Steele and City Clean Inc. The contractor responded to my request quickly and we agreed on a scheduled date. He later called and asked if I was interested in having the work done sooner, and I agreed to do so. Two workmen arrived and setup quickly. They were polite and obviously quite capable. The work was completed in less than two hours and the results were excellent. Would hire these folks again.

It went very well. The house looks great, they were punctual, pleasant, and a nice company to work with. I feel I got my moneys worth and would use them again.
