They were very well and did an excellent job. It was low pressure power washing, which is why I chose them. It's hard to find low pressure. They responded immediately.

First time i ever had the house done so wasn't sure what to expect. I thought they missed quite a few places, but they came out and redid some places and explained why they couldnt do the others. The explanation was logical and acceptable

Dan responded promptly to my request for an estimate for power washing. The work was performed yesterday morning. The crew arrived around the time we were told to expect them. We had a lot of mold and algae on the siding from all the rain we had this spring and early summer. When they finished cleaning, it looked like a different house. They did a great job! We've had other companies power wash for us, but this is by far the best job yet. We will call City Clean for any future power washing jobs. I highly recommend this company.

They did a fine job. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped it would be. They got the job done in 2 days. I now have the proper stain to use for my deck in the future. They were punctual, professional, and clean in their work. I would recommend them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did an excellent job. Most of the stuff from the roof is gone. They did a good job, and the roof was pretty bad. They told me in advance, that they would charge extra, because I was out of the commuting area.

After some initial mix up with the scheduling, once they came out their service person was so professional. Very thorough and careful not to damage anything. I've had other contractors provide pressure washing services and have always had issues with damage to landscaping and shrubs but NOT so with City Clean. They did a great job and didn't disturb one single bush or plant! They were excellent.

I found City Clean, Inc. on Angie's List and chose them because of their great reviews and the fact that they responded to the reviews. I called Dan Steele to discuss pressure washing our home. As this is the first time we have had a house pressure washed, I asked many questions. Dan was friendly and patiently answered all of them. We set up an appointment for October 18. Tim (Dan's partner) and Ben arrived on time were very nice young men. They pressure washed the entire house, the front brick porch, and the walkway. They are very experienced and did an excellent job. I am very pleased. I didn't realize how dirty the brick on the porch was until I saw how clean they got it and the walkway shows its true color. All of the dirt, algae, mold, moss, dead bugs and spider webs are gone. The siding and soffits look brand new and the house looks beautiful. I highly recommend City Clean, Inc. and I will definitely use them again. City Clean, Inc. puts the customer first. Thank you for doing fantastic work and for making it a pleasant experience.

I called for an estimate and it was faxed to me the evening of the request. Agreed to the terms and was scheduled an appointment for mid October, but received a call to say that an earlier appointment was available. The crew came, which consisted of 2 young men and a young lady. I was hesitant when I saw how young they were, but they began working and did a great job. They were also very friendly.

City clean did a fantastic job. We have one very old patio and a newer one and have lived in our home for 13+ years. We have had the old one power washed in the past and it has never looked clean. It now looks amazing. The stone has colors I could never see under all the layers of what I thought was permanent stains. Thank you!

Tim Brassell and his helper Ben Miller arrived promptly and immediately began spraying the roof. On several occasions I asked questions about the procedure. In a very professinal manner they each explained in detail their function. It was comforting to know how well informed these two young men are. I personnaly felt that they are so good at their job,I immediately contacted my roofer to recommend them to him. The roof looks fabulous.

The owner told me that the cement color was a mixture of algae, dirt, mold, etc. I was really doubting that they would get it as clean as they actually did. Another company had come and cleaned it in the past and it never looked like it does now. The two young people were very pleasant and knowledgable. He was very nice about honoring an expired Big Deal on Angie's List that I wasn't able to purchase before it expired on the website.

Unfortunately, the work was done during a rainy day. I wasn't at home but wife was. She had no complaints. When I got home I could see evidence that the work was done. No complaints about the work. City Clean did work as advertised.

They were able to pressure wash my house in less than 20 minutes. They were also very professional, and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond. It was just wonderful.

Gave me a prompt estimate for pressure washing my house. The price was competitive. Made arrangements for the work to be done the next week. They showed up on time, did a great job, and finished on time. Were very respectful of my property, flower beds and such.

I was so pleased with the responsiveness from Dan from City Clean from my initial contact with this company to the completion of the work. I have several things that I wanted done including having my house power washed and gutters cleaned. Dan came out and did an assessment and recommended that we consider staining our deck due to the condition. We were pleased to know that City Clean also offered deck staining services and decided to go with his recommendation. The team arrived on time, assessed the job and got busy working to get it done. They did a wonderful job! The house looks great! They came back later when we were able to schedule the staining job. I was so impressed with how good the deck looked and how clean the surrounding area was. I had been a bit concerned about my plants and whether they would be destroyed but they weren't. I would definitely recommend this company and will plan to use them again.

The owner was very accommodating because I had to reschedule twice because I was also having some landscaping work done near the house and I wanted that to be finished before the power washing.

Dan at City Clean was very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails when I scheduled the appt. On the day of the service two people arrived to do the job. They were very friendly as we discussed the job before they began. When they were done they had me come outside to check the job. I am very pleased with the result.

They arrived on time and did the work quickly and professionally. Dan of City Clean always returned my calls and explained or answered any question I had. Our home looks so much better and the back wood porch looks almost new and it's 20+ years old. Very good job City Clean!

Pressure washing went well, however, I did have a few concerns. The provider did come back at a later date & satisfactorily addressed my concerns.

It worked out well. We liked their services and it was good.
