Price was very competitive. If I recall it was the best of three estimates. An employee came out to ask about my needs and take pictures. Dan/owner was very knowledgable on the phone and answered all my questions. He was concerned about the cleaning solution interacting with the painted siding of my house and sent out his partner to do a spot test prior to the job being completed. Big difference before and after.

It went great. After they arrived, we walked around to show them the job. They described the process and then did the work. The house, and driveway look great. The 19-year old deck looks brand new. Keith and Marcus were responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Two professional City Clean staff arrived on time, did a very thorough job, and cleaned up afterward (e.g. wrapped up hoses). Both the cleaning staff and the office staff were good to work with. We needed the work done with fairly short notice because of a planned weekend event. They delivered -- and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Everything went very well. Siding was thoroughly cleaned and done when scheduled. I was not able to be home at the time but everything was completed as agreed

They arrived at the right time and proceeded to work diligently until the job was done. After the rainy year we had, it was a pleasure to see the house clean again, after they managed to wash the green algae and mold off from everywhere.

I hired CityClean to pressure wash the front and back of my townhouse, and to sand and re-stain my upper and lower decks. Despite both services having to be rescheduled multiple times due to weather delays, they were absolutely excellent to work with. Both my house and my decks look fantastic, and I would 100% recommend this company and hire them again.

Our house is more than 4000 sq. feet, and City Clean did a great job of cleaning the outside, as well as the front porch. They were very thorough and did not rush at all. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do, including checking out a clogged gutter we could not reach. Because we have well water, they had to wait a couple times when the pressure ran very low. I did notice that some unimportant greenery near the house turned yellow, so I would be careful to protect anything nearby.

These folks did a great job, from my initial call to them to learn about their low pressure washing system for our house. They did an excellent job detailing the process and setting up the appointment. They came on time, and made a 30 minute call ahead as I requested, and did an excellent job. Am very happy and everything was as promised. Would hire them again for sure.

City Clean did an excellent job power washing our home and cleaning our gutters that were heavily stained with out stripping the paint on the gutters.

The home was clean, after 2 visits, not windows. I did not know that the cleaning did not include windows. Based on other home cleaning services used in the past I expected the entire home, windows included to be clean. Maybe I should have asked. For the $380 paid I expected better. Disappointed.

Keith did a beautiful job! Our deck is old and the composite material is very porous. It had black spots everywhere and we were unable to clean it. I didn’t have great hope that it could be cleaned but we’re very happy with the results and think it looks great.

OMG!!!! Keith and Chris were wonderful very attentive to every detail and my house looked brand new. Had a leftover rust spot on the siding of the garage and they were able to get 95% of it off. They were very professional and amicable. They even rescued a baby bird that was in the grass. We put it in a safe spot and I checked on it during the day. Was not there the next day so hoping it made it!!! I thought is was a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them!

City Clean did an excellent job. Our deck looks ten shades lighter and you can see the original wood color on the stair risers again. The siding looks like new and he did a wonderful job on our front porch. I could tell he loved his job and was proud of his work. I will definitely be calling them again.

Great! It’s not easy to find companies to clean composite decking, which was what led us to contacting City Clean. Once we did, the estimate was provided very quickly and Dan was very responsive to every phone call and question. The crew that came to do the work was courteous, professional, and did a thorough job. When they were finished, our siding, concrete and deck all looked like new - no exaggeration! We were extremely pleased with City Clean, and will call on them annually in the future for any exterior cleaning that our home needs. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

Dan and his team (Keith & Chris) did a great job on our 70+ year old brick home. They arrived promptly on time and were attentive to every detail. Cleaning painted brick is no easy task and I would definitely hire them again.

Outstanding!!!!! Keith and Christian showed up on time walked around the house to make sure they understood exactly what needed to be done. They finished 2.5 - 3 hours later. We walked around and inspected the work there were absolutely no problem areas. The deck was perfectly cleaned (wood and composite material) as was the vinyl siding!
