Went exactly as expected, which is a good thing. Looks great!

It went fine. There was a large stain on the house and they worked hard to remove it. Unfortunately, the stain couldn't be removed but he did give it a good try.

We had dark streaks running down the front of our roof. City Clean was able to clean them off without damaging the shrubs close to the house. The roof looks like new and we are very satisfied.

I was suprised they got it all done in 1 day. They worked a long day. Job well done

It was good. First, we realized that they didn't own ladders. I didn't know that. We have a three-story house and it's really high. If we face the house on the left side, it's really high and it really had a lot of mold on it. I was watching the guy on the grill and I asked him "where are the ladders?" He said that he didn't need it because he said that they use a special thing. My husband told me to wait until they were done. When he was done, it was gone. I was shocked. It was the first company that I have seen that doesn't use ladders. I was really impressed because they didn't use ladders. I was very concerned at first. All these years I've lived here, I've never had anybody not do steam clean without ladders on the house. That's the first time I've ever encountered that. It turned out fine. They did a good job. It turned out really good. One thing that I would stress is telling the client that it's a special procedure because they don't use ladders but it does work. That's the main thing to put on their website that they have a special technique that they don't use ladders so people know. That's one thing I would strongly suggest on it. I thought that was an excellent price. I was lucky. They did good. When he said he was coming at that time, he did come. I would use them again in the future since I know now what to expect.

We got one of those special Angie List deals. Great price for the service. We have purchased a power washer of our own, but we may go back to a deal in 2014, they certainly did a better job of it than we, and faster and so saved us trouble.

Dan and Tim of City Clean were professional, prompt and thorough. Dan handled the scheduling and invoicing and Tim came out to do the work with a helper. Most of my contact was via email and Dan was prompt in responding to me. However, Dan called me to ask if I also wanted my porch roof cleaned for an upcharge of $84 because the extra square footage was not included in the $500 for $350 Big Deal. He calculated the square footage using satellite imagery and could see the stains. I checked and he was correct, so I purchased the extra coverage. On the day of the work everything went well and the truck was well organized and immaculately clean. While Tim did the roof application his assistant sprayed water on the bedding plants to keep them from being damaged by the chemical mixture. The treatment worked perfectly and I was completely happy with the results. My only problem was not comprehending the impact of the minor chemical run-off. After the washing was complete, Tim told me the remaining chemical residue would wash off the roof with the rain. But what I did not realize was how the cleaning chemicals could kill the grass it came in contact with. This should have been clearer to me since Tim's assistant explained to me what he was doing during the application to protect my bedding plants. As the story goes, I ended up with some areas of dead grass as a result of the chemical run off. Had I grasped the process better, I would have temporarily attached drainage hoses to my two front downspouts and made sure the runoff went away from my yard. Oh well, lesson learned and I do not hold City Clean responsible for the grass since they gave me enough information to figure it out myself. Overall, City Clean did exactly the work I paid for as scheduled and the roof looks great. In fact, I decided to use them later that summer to pressure wash the exterior of my house.

The company did an excellent job. Showed up when expected. Cleaned the house without disturbing anything around the house. Very happy with their work.

They were wonderful. After I purchased the big deal, they contacted me immediately. They were very helpful. They were just great. They did an absolutely wonderful job. The siding just looked wonderful after they got done. It was really great. The pricing was wonderful too; it was very reasonable.

Pressure washed the exterior of our home. Very professional and great customer service.

Do not buy an angies list deal from this provider if you ever want your house to actually be powerwashed. They reschedule and reschedule month and month out. As an angies list deal buyer you are pushed to the bottom of the list as compared to regular paying customers.

Dan and everyone else at City Clean did an excellent job. They were on time, responsive and professional. My house looks completely different. I had a lot of dirt on my house and now it looks like new. As well, I found some sap or something on the back of my house that didn't come off the first time. Dan came back to look at it. He had someone come back out and cleaned it off with a different cleaner and now my house is spot free. Dan followed up in a timely manner and was very professional. I would definitely use them again and plan to do so in the spring. City Clean was excellent!!!

The house looks brand new, If you have the right equipment and cleaning solvents, it makes a huge difference. Great job!! Highly recommend.

Due to medical problems we were unable to get this work scheduled and the provider would not accept our voucher after the time limit. $199.00 down the drain.

Dan did a nice job. He communicated well and performed the work on the scheduled date.

Only our teenagers were home when the house was washed; they said it went really quickly (like half an hour). The house looked clean when we came home with the exception of the window sills, which were still dirty and that made me wonder whether the windows were done; I was under the impression that windows and screens were included in the deal. Next time I'll ask ahead of time.

There was a bit of difficulty scheduling the service, as I had been hospitalized with pneumonia, and there was a day with excessively high winds. However, once that was straightened out City Clean was excellent. They even went the step beyond and turned off my exterior water after they finished the job. This was important to me as I am not yet permitted to to go up and down stairs often.

Tim did a great job. He was thorough. I wish they had actually removed the screens as the sills would have been cleaner then, but they did not say they would do that, so I can't really criticize them for it. I immediately got compliments on the front walk as the washing did a great job . I will call them again next year!
