They were great. I should elaborate...the President of the company actually spoke to me and worked out the scheduling. I was not home when they performed the service, but they were on time and very efficient. I am extremely pleased with City Clean and will use them again.

Everything went great. The two that came out to wash the deck and front entry way did so with a lot of care. They scrubbed the mildew off by hand so as not to ruin the wood. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again. I had neighbors ask for their contact info because they were so impressed by the way they worked and the final outcome.

A 2-man crew arrived on-time and went straight to work. The were extremely pleasant and courteous. One man washed the deck while the other man did the patio and sidewalk. They were don very quickly. My daughters commented that the deck and patio look brand new. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Got a quote over the phone. Spoke to Dan who was personable, efficient, and provided clear plausible answers to all my questions. Because they're scheduling a month out and I can't wait, opted not to proceed. Will call them in future.

Service was done well and in a timely manner. I am very satisfied.

There were weather delays but they kept in touch every step of the way to make sure we were updated on when the weather would allow them to come. Courteous, professional, on time, and went above and beyond. We will be calling them again next year!

Dan and his group and associates (including their gutter partners) are the best people I have ever worked with period. They are professional, friendly, and punctual and they do an amazing job. The expertise Dan and his business partner have is unparalleled. I would recommend them to everyone. They also cleaned and stained my decks several months prior. They took my old looking decks and turned them into new! These guys are awesome!

House looked wonderful! Never knew how nice the house could look. What I thought was as gray cement walkway became white. Great job.

Update to previous. After posting my review to Angie's List, Dan came out to speak to me about the issues I had concern with. We had a cordial discussion that ended with Dan was going to talk to a plant expert about the dead bush and speak to his tech and review the process that was used on that day. Dan never got back to me but instead posted his review. His view is that none of the problems were his company's fault. "There is one bush that does not look healthy and my suspicion is that it is either diseased or did not make it through the winter. Our solution is very diluted and all of the other bushes in the same area look great." -This bush is now sprouting new growth. All the leaves that were present during the house washing were burnt off. Two other leaves on an adjacent bush were also burnt off. Perhaps there was a spill or it wasn't rinsed off sufficiently or sunlight dried it before it was fully rinsed off or the one was just a sensitive plant. We talked about many options, however Dan settled on pre-existing condition before speaking to me again. "As for the loose siding, that can happen from time to time if the siding is not properly installed. If a piece pops out, we will put it back. " -The siding was not put back by their tech and must have missed it during their final inspection. I re-installed it before Dan came for his visit. A simple, sorry we missed it would have been great. "This brings me to the next issue of the decks. Both the front and back decks have a stain that is failing. The decks are peeling and flaking on ALL floor boards and railings and especially where there is heavy foot traffic. The boards that are up against the house look exactly the same as the boards on the rest of the deck. (I will be happy to provide pictures) The stain used is a solid acrylic stain that cannot be stripped, even with full pressure. This job did not include washing the decks, but we did rinse them very gently to remove the dirt that came off the house. " -Whatever the state of the stain, it was removed in the areas where it was rinsed. Dan even pointed out portions where it looked like it was removed but shouldn't have. It was prepped according to can directions and stained the previous summer with 7 year stain. We did have a harsh winter, so I admit that as well. Dan was gong to review with his tech, perhaps something happened that day out of the ordinary that caused it. I would have liked to know so I can prepare it better the next time. Again, Dan didn't get back in touch with me. I also did not give Dan permission to share the pictures he took that day with anyone who requested them. "It is frustrating to get blamed for something that you know is not your fault, but in our business, this will happen from time to time. We guarantee our work 100% of the time, but I am afraid that in this case there are some pre-existing conditions that are outside of our control." -This is my biggest concern. I asked for nothing from Dan when he was at my house, and he can attest to that. I never asked about their 100% guarantee. I made no effort to call and complain to their company. I gain nothing by posting a review on Angie's List. I gained nothing by giving him my time to discuss his business. We had a relationship in place and I was expecting a call from him to complete our discussions, but I only find out his response on Angie's List implying that I was blaming him for things that were not his fault. I spoke to him again this morning and he gave a response that he read my review when he got home after visiting with me and was angry about it. He thought I was trying to get his company to come out and stain my deck and replace my landscaping (again, I never requested that). He apologized and said he should have called me after, and I agree. Dan is quick to place blame on the homeowner and quick to defend his company. Perhaps he had a bad day, I too work in customer service its tough to always be the nice guy. It's a tough business. That being said, I was working through the issue with him in a calm manner and I expected a little more. After a coincidence of the bush burnt, siding popped off and stain removed from both decks, I am unable to come back and post about how great it was working with his company. I was not-overjoyed after the initial service and not ecstatic about the customer service. I gave them chances to make me excited about their service, but it didn't work out in my case. My expectations were high after reading their reviews and how much they seem to care for their customers. I was initially excited when booking the service. The discount price was nice, the work was done sufficiently, but the other stuff was not worthwhile. A lesson for me in the future perhaps.

Couldn't be more pleased with the work. The light-colored siding on one side of our house was covered with mold, mildew, insect waste stains, etc., and looked terrible. The other side had smoke residue from a small fire in the garage. Both now look brand new. But the great work was not confined to just the siding. For the same, very reasonable price (and we shopped around), City Clean also did the downspouts, gutters, window frames, and screens. Our highest recommendation.

They were great and they did a fantastic job. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. It was amazing how quickly they did it. They sent 2 people out to do the job and I had no problems with the scheduling. I am still waiting to get an estimate back to have them pressure wash my deck.

Purchased this through the Big Deal. Original price was for 2,000 sq ft house. Our house was slight bigger and cost an additional $81. Siding looks alot better. Brick didn't come as clean but still a slight improvement.

When my neighbors tell me my house looks great, they aren't commenting on anything I've done. They are referring to the great work performed by City Clean. This review is for the second year that I've contracted with Dan at City Clean to pressure wash the exterior of my home. On both and the first year, the transactions have been completed efficiently and accurately through a couple emails. See you again next year Dan!

The power wash was done in a highly professional manner. The employees took the time to explain and answer all my questions. They did an A+ job at my house and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a nice job - most mildew and dirt was removed - looked quite nice when finished.

The service was good. He was very personable. He had communication, called ahead before coming, and arrived when he said. He also called afterwards to ensure we were satisfied with the work.

They came on the scheduled date. They were polite and professional. And the job was WONDERFUL! Our 24 year old siding looks like new. They even cleaned the trim around the doors, the entire front of the garage doors, our front walks and so much more. I would, and will, have them back again.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to use the deal before the expiration date due to some continued work on the outside of the house that would affect a pressure cleaning (we have some damage from woodpeckers that we thought would be finished in time).

Techs were on time,polite and friendly. My home is only 8 years old but the siding, which was excellent quality, did not clean up as well as I had expected. I spoke to the owner of the business and he offered to return. I declined the offer as my husband felt my expectations were too high!

They were great, I would call them again. The price was reasonable.

City Clean recently installed a beautiful floor coating in my 2 car garage. The end result was much better than we had anticipated. We had done some research and found out that there is a lot more to coating a concrete floor than we originally thought but City Clean really knows their stuff!! Between all the DIY products at the hardware store and other contractors, there is a lot of information out there. These guys work with a product that is used in industrial buildings and airplane hangers, but it costs about the same as the older epoxy technology. They are also factory certified which was a big deciding factor for us too. The best part, they were finished in one day and I was parking my car on it the very next day!! The other company said it would be a 3 or 4 days process and 1 week cure time before we could park on it. Great job City Clean!!

They were wonderful, they were on time, they were thorough, and we are going to have them back. We hadn't had the house cleaned before, and so we didn't know how much goop we had on the house. So we said that we would have it done in the fall the next time. They did a beautiful job. The price was good.

This was not necessary their work turned out fine. I'll use them again next time
