They were nice, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional.

City Clean showed up as scheduled. I wasn't home while they worked, but was thrilled to arrive to see my sparkling clean house exterior. They left a bill on the front door and I sent a check. Couldn't have been easier! They did a great job and were very professional. I would use them again with no hesitations!

There was and area that was not completely clean on inspection and workers were very apologetic and rewashed the area without any problem.

They completed a full pressure washing of the house including the front, back and sides. The service was super. The ladies did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the work.

They arrived on time, were professional, did the job well. I would recommend them. When we contacted them they didn't come out to our house to give an estimate, they gave the estimate over the phone based on our description of the house and job.

This experience was absolutely amazing. Dan was incredibly responsive in answering questions and setting up a time. Tim, who did the work with an associate, could not have been more professional, helpful, and simply nice. I can't imagine another service being more meticulous with their work. We knew the house would look better, but we had no idea just how good the service was. These guys take pride in what they do and it shows. This has been one of our best experiences through Angie's List and I can't recommend City Clean enough.

I was extremely pleased with City Clean's service. When I drove down the street, coming home from work, I thought my house was glowing. I remembered that today was the day the house was to be power washed & was stunned at the result. Every speck of mildew, dirt & grime was gone. The windows were crystal clear even! Other than my sparkling house, I would not have known they were there as there was nothing else disturbed or strewn about the yard. Thank you to Dan & his crew for an excellent job!

Dan, our contact was very responsive to all our emails with various questions. His crew (2 women - yeah!) came as scheduled, worked efficiently, and neatly. The entire job on our pretty big house took only about an hour and a half. The ladies were pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions. They did, indeed, clean all the areas they listed on the contract which included all windows, gutters, etc. and we're very pleased with the job. The house looks like new!

Contracted to have my vinyl fence and shed pressure washed. I've used City Clean before to clean my house and they did a great job. Working with Dan Steele to set up the appointment was easy and we had communication before & after the work was done. They came out on time, did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend using them. No need to research who to contract anymore as I will contact Dan the next time I need any pressure washing.

City Clean Inc did an amazing job. He's very nice and very professional. The estimate was right back to me. I didn't even have to meet him, he did Google earth, looked up the house, gave me an estimate and I take a got the estimate back and signed. I live with my daughter said it looks great and whenever I took a peak at it, it did look great. I had to email him for an invoice, I was like "are you going to invoice me or am I just going to send you a check?" because I wanted to make sure he got his money right away because he did good and it was a very good job. He said "I'll email you an invoice, thank you for reminding me" he's busy this time of year. He's awesome and he did a nice job. He told me he was backed up, it would be a couple of weeks but he gave me a date in his schedule and it was actually raining the day he did it so I wasn't sure he was going to do it but he did it anyway and it was perfect. He was very friendly. He got right back to me, I called the office, they called him, he was out in the field, he called me to see what I want, what exactly I needed, he said he would email me an estimate when he got a chance to look it up and that same day I had an estimate from him. He was very efficient, true to his word and nice on top of it.

It was really good. It wintered well. It was professional and nice. It was a nice integrated group.

The initial contact was through Angie's List and the email was returned quickly. They came out the next day and provided me a written estimate that evening. I was scheduled out approximately three weeks and they arrived as scheduled. I was not home at the time but I came home that afternoon to a VERY clean home and an invoice hanging on the front door. While shopping around I found less expensive quotes but all the good reviews here led me to select City Clean even if they were priced higher. IMHO, money well spent. I will be using them again.

Did an excellent job except that our interpretation of "included is all siding, trim, downspouts, gutters, door & window frames and screens" apparently does not mesh with this Company's interpretation of same. City Clean did not clean out the gutters, claiming that it only washed the outside of the gutters. We've never heard of such a thing -- gutter cleaning is gutter cleaning. We paid their invoice but not without voicing our opinion and urging them to redefine the term "gutter cleaning."

Dan came out quickly to look at my deck and to give me an estimate. Even though I had procrastinated, he was able to get the work done before my son's graduation party. We were thinking the deck would need to be replaced soon, but now it looks brand new. City Clean did a fabulous job.

I signed up for one of the deals on Angie's List. I heard from the company quickly, and scheduled a date a couple of weeks in the future. That date was moved twice by the company, until I told them that that was the last re-schedule I would accept. The workers showed up on time, and I was happy with the cleaning. My only complaint was that the workers did not tell me to move my vehicle away from the house, and it ended up with spots all over it, which took a lot of elbow grease to remove. My contact at the company offered to pay to have the car cleaned, but since that was already done, I declined.

They were responsive and were able to get the estimate back to me timely over the phone. The price was more than I was prepared to pay at the time and I didn't go forward with the job.

The service turned out fine. They were efficient and did a good job. They were responsive and showed up as scheduled. Scheduling was not an issue. We did not have much interaction with the company but we were pleased outcome of the service.

Great service! They were really flexible with getting us scheduled during a very busy time. We received a reasonable quote for pressure washing and sealing our deck ( $784 with the 20% Angie's list discount) and Dan kept us informed at each stage of the process, even when weather played havoc with their schedule. When Tim and his crew arrived they were very polite and got straight to work. Tim soon discovered that our deck had already been sealed a few years back and didn't need a new seal, so they just did a really good pressure wash job. The deck looks almost new. Dan then got back with us that night with the new bill - $313! P.S. These guys advertise that they are eco-friendly. They actually found a baby frog stuck between slats while prepping the deck...they carefully removed the baby frog and carried it to the woods at the edge of our property. It's the little things that count.

I was satisfied with them, they were on time, did a nice job and so I have nothing negative to say about them.
