City Clean is the most responsive and customer friendly service company with whom i have had the pleasure of doing business. They did an excellent job, responded to my questions in a courteous and prompt fashion. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I am so impressed with the service of City Clean. I purchased a special for home powerwash, and they immediately contacted me for an appointment. I was not home for the appointment, but they handled everything beautifully without me. I purchased a foreclosure that had been empty and neglected by the bank for over 2 years. Fungus and dirt were visible from a distance on the siding all around the home. When I arrived after City Clean had come, I thought I had a newly sided home! The siding and shutters were bright and fresh. Even my 13 year-old boy noticed the difference! Thank you to City Clean, and I will definitely use your service again!

Excellent work. removed all mold/mildew on north side of house. removed all door mats before starting, blew leaves off back deck before doing the work.

These Deals are never what they pan out to be. One vendor told me that Angie's List is the one setting the prices and deals up. These guys, although they are a pressure washing company, can't pressure wash my siding to remove old stain. Ridiculous.

They did a wonderful job and you do not have to be there when they clean. I've been going through medical issues and going back and forth to the doctors and I forgot about the appointment and came home from the doctors to a clean sparkling house. That put a smile on my face and made my day!

Two gentlemen arrived a little early to clean the townhouse, but they called prior to coming so I knew to expect them. They brought water and house wash. The house has never looked so clean and fresh. They used a bleach like compound which I expected. The only negative I have is that in the front the grass died where the canister for the compound was kept. I would hire them again because the house and concrete were so nicely cleaned, but would have them move their canister away from the lawn and gardens so I do not need to patch the lawn next time.

House and roof were done well except run off from roof killed a lot of grass around the house. The deck I needed to ask them to do a second time which they did no problems because it was not done well the first time.

They did very good work. I paid the Big Deal price. I had to purchase some extra cost for doing the concrete patio and sidewalk.

It went well. I've hired City Clean in the past for this work and will do so again.

WOW! What a transformation. This cellar of my 1926 house has gone from dungeon to dynamite! Dan Steele of City Clean came out and provided me a reasonable quote for the work, assuring me the highest quality materials would be used. AND THEY DID! Not only was the concrete repaired to my satisfaction, but the epoxy coating hides any remaining imperfections....(I have to get out my magnifying glass to find them). The color is a rich blue mix that invites you right in. Heck, I'm feeling like I'm in a designer house now. Dan's crew kept to their schedule, always informed me of the progress, sent me pictures, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. What more could you ask for? WAIT! THERE'S MORE! He even gave the opportunity to design my own color palette with the available color chips. I am incredibly happy with the results, and the entire transaction. I can't speak more highly of this company and without hesitation would absolutely use them again. Down the road, I'm will be calling Dan give my garage floor that "WOW" factor.

It was nice to deal with Dan. He responded timely to all of my emails. Answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. He worked with my time schedule. The workers were professional. They cleaned up and no mess was left behind. I'm very pleased with the outcome. It's beautiful.

I have used City Clean in the past to wash my house and deck and I have also referred them to my friends and family too because and they always do a great job! I recently asked them about cleaning my garage floor and they told me about a coating system that they offer that can be applied in 1 day and be back to full use in 24 hours. I was excited so I got a quote from them and several other companies as well. They were right in the middle of the price range but I chose to use them because of their reputation and track record. They started at about 9 am by filling cracks and using a diamond grinder on the entire floor. This grinding removed all of the old paint that was put on years ago and has since started to wear off. The grinding even got out the oil and coolant that had been on the floor for years. After the grinding, they applied several different coats including one where they used vinyl chips. They then applied a clear coat to top it off. It was a lot of hard work but the floor looks amazing! Thanks again, I would recommend them to anyone that asks!

They were wonderful. They were very professional, when I had made the appointment. They came when they were supposed to come, and I was here. It was 2 girls that did it, and I thought that was interesting. I hadn't expected it to be girls. They were young, like college student types, and they were so cute, and they did such a good job, and they did it in a fast amount of time. I was very pleased. It couldn't have been any better. I would use them again in a minute. The price was reasonable, and they did a really good job.

Excellent job! They provided details about the job to go with the estimate, they had good communication about the scheduling of the work (took 2 visits). Work was very well done.

Purchased this as part of a "Big Deal". We negotiated a price for additional work. The owner of the company (Dan) was good at communicating with me while we discussed the scope of work and we agreed upon an additional cost for the extra work. His crew was professional, courteous and nice. They worked around my schedule and needs and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my neighbors.
