 + 1 moreCity Clean proved to be an excellent choice. The over the phone estimate was followed same day with written estimate to include 20% reduction for being Angie's list referral. The work performed as scheduled two weeks later. All vinyl siding, door frames, window frames, and screens were washed. Had a significant algae problem in rear of house that has been fully removed. End result is siding looks brand new! Will definitely use City Clean again in future.

 + 1 moreGave a fair and reasonable estimate.Did a great job with the power washing. Very careful and thorough staining of redwood and cedar gazebo. Price very reasonable for all the work done. Staining was delayed because the crew got backlogged with lots of work and bad weather. Highly recommend.

 + 0 moreThis is what I love about Angie's list - really good guys get rewarded. Dan made this so easy. I took some photos of my deck with my phone and sent them to him. He gave me a reasonable estimate and then we were scheduled. I didn't need to be there for the power washing - just had to make sure the deck furniture was removed and the water was on. Couldn't have been easier. When I came home later that afternoon, my gross green deck looked like new. Job well done. I'll definitely use Dan and City Clean again.
