Prompt service and very professional. They came when we agreed. I was in the house at the time of service so I know they did a thorough job. No complaints at all. Well worth the money.

Arrived on time. The technician was polite, and professional. Got right to work and did an outstanding job. Deck looked new. The desk is 100% Azek decking with plastic railings and lattice. Nothing more to say. Will use them again next year.

Dan asked some questions about the roof, and when we told him it's only 7years old, he suggested that the shingles may still be under warranty. We've contacted our roofer, and the manufacturer of the shingles, and found that they are, indeed, under warranty. We are now awaiting the results of testing from the manufacturer to determine the cause of the problem and the extent to which the manufacturer will honor the warranty. Because of that, I've cancelled the Big Deal. I was impressed with Dan Steele's knowledge and the help he gave us. When it's time to clean our siding, deck, or driveway, I will call City Clean.

The house was washed quite well, with no traces of stain, mold or mildew. The slate patio hasn't looked this good in years. The workers were meticulous and thorough, taking special care with the slate. They were also very nice, responsible people.

Went well. There was a little seepage around my front door and they had to come back and finish because of a birds nest on the downspout at the back of my house and they didn't want to hurt the baby birds, but all-in-all a great company to work with.

The cleaning of our ipe deck roughened the surface of the wood boards. City Clean owner Dan Steele had originally said ipe wood ,which is very hard, doesn?t need to be sanded [another company I had gotten an estimate from said they always hand-sand ipe]. But because the washing of our deck was so strong that it caused the fibers of the boards to roughen, Dan decided from then on City Clean would regularly sand ipe decks after power washing. Walter, his employee who did our deck, did a sloppy job. When he returned to sand the deck, he damaged the bricks on the wall of the house where it meets the deck. After he applied the sealing penetrating oil to the deck, there were bare spots that had to be touched up and the boards didn?t stain evenly. When he came back to reapply the sealer as needed, some of the sealer spilled onto our stone patio, even though I specifically had asked him to take care to avoid such spills. And he was unaware of the damage he caused (although he should have seen it if he had inspected his own work) until Dan came to point them out to him after I complained. Dan came to fix the problems himself so the deck now looks good, although there was no way to fix the damage to the bricks. I must point out that Dan was solicitous throughout and clearly wanted the job to be done to my satisfaction. When the job was completed, he apologized and said it was unfortunate that I happened to be the rare client where City Clean had caused such problems with a deck. But that certainly didn?t make me feel better about my experience and the aggravation I experienced. It never should have taken 4 visits to do our deck correctly.

They followed my instructions exactly. I just had a new stone fascia installed on part of the house and I wanted to make sure that the pressure washing wasn't forceful enough to loosen any stonework. They cleaned all of the vinyl siding so there was no more green mold (from trees) and rinsed down the new stone to remove residual dust. It looks great! Great price for the work done. I've had my house cleaned by other companies, but none have worked to this standard or for such a reasonable price.

I learned of this vendor via an Angie's List Big Deal so the price was great. While I wasn't home when City Clean performed the service, the house looked great when I returned. The front porch and the back steps looked particularly good. (The provider kindly moved and repositioned a heavy item on the porch, which I particularly appreciated.) Kudos.

We scheduled the cleaning for Thursday, July 17th. I left the house around 9:00 AM and returned at 11:30 AM and the steps had been cleaned. Not only did they clean the steps, but they also cleaned the front porch and nearby concrete walkway. They did a great job. I had tried to clean the steps myself a couple of weeks prior using a bleach solution but they still didn't look too clean so I figured I'd have them pressure washed. Well, after City Clean cloned them they look great, as does the front porch and walkway. No way I could have gotten them that clean. Very happy with their service, and the price was competitive. I'll definitely use them again.

First time since buying this home I had my deck power washed. It looks great! They cleaned my deck, the underside of my deck and the stairs. Took about an hour.

They did a great job of getting all the green mildew off of my siding. I am very happy with the results. this is my second time using this contractor.

City Clean did a fantastic job! I have used them before and, as always, was very pleased with the service. They are a little more expensive than other services I have used, but the quality of their work is worth a little more in cost. Prior to the cleaning, I had mildew, moss and mildew in various locations around the house. They got rid of everything. I wish I had before and after pictures. They cleaned by basement entrance and got rid of what was probably 50 years of dingy build up.

We are very satisfied with the job that was done. Our home looks better than it has in years. Work was completed while we were at work but after talking to Dan and communicating with him via e-mail we were confident of what was to be done in our absence. City Clean does a great at power washing your home.

I was disappointed by the process and the results. When City Clean arrived they asked to hook up their hoses to our water supply, which I did not expect. I assumed they would be bringing their own water supply. They performed the pressure washing; however, there were still discolorations on the house that did not come off. My expectations may have been unrealistic. City Clean arrived when expected and performed the job they were hired to do.

City Clean just power-washed my stone pavements and stone patio and everything just looks amazing. I did not even realize that the pavements was made up of different colored stone and after City Clean came over, everything looks brand new (all the dirt, moss and other gross stuff is gone). I had a plumber come in at the same time as City Clean and they shut down the water supply for a while. City Clean was really nice about waiting for the water supply to come back on. In addition, they washed my window wells which was not included in the contract. Dan and his team are a bunch of hardworking and professional guys that totally deserve the A rating they have on Angie's list. Super happy with the outcome and happy to give them an A as well.

Arrived on time, asked me about any concerns, expectations. Then they proceeded, like a team, cleaning the outside of my house. Great job, looks fantastic.

City Clean did an amazing job, my house is surrounded by trees and shades the patios and walls so lots of green mold grows making my white house look terrible, but now after city Clean power washed it looks like I just had it painted, like new. The crew were terrific, they were careful to protect my gardens that were in full bloom. Working with the City Clean was a real pleasure, It was important for me to have the power washing completed in time for a party at my home, and Dan was able to help me get the job done in time. I am so happy, the house looks great , the party is today so now I am proud to show off my beautiful house instead of keeping everyone inside.

Communication was great, I took advantage of their promotion and had the service scheduled with a few days. Team did a great job and is coming back out to give a couple stubborn areas another treatment. Customer service was great!

We used City Clean before and have been very satisfied both times

I recently had 3 sides of my house resided, but the back of the house had been resided more recently due to a remodel. However, it had not been cleaned in sometime. I have used City Clean to clean my deck twice in the last two years and thus I called to have the back of my house power washed. I have found them to be very professional and, what i like the most, is that if there is a schedule change they always call. As with cleaning by deck in the past, they did a excellent job power washing the house.

Dan was very easy to work with and responsive as he promptly communicated with us and answered all of our many questions. They can provide estimates through aerial home views and this saves an initial estimate visit. The day they scheduled to power wash our deck, we were the third on the schedule and it became too late to do it that day and they had to come the next day. Although I had waited all afternoon, I was glad the crew decided to return the next day, The crew did an excellent job power washing and did exactly what we had discussed. The crew that did our staining came on time and were very professional and helpful to assure we were happy with the color of stain and their work. They were very careful and professional and took the time needed to do an excellent job. We would use them again for both power washing and deck sealing. It is nice to have work done in such a careful and professional manner.

Workers arrived on time, cleaned part of house with water from their truck. When this was gone, they hooked up to water at the house. The pump to the well wasn't working, so they left. Pump to well was replaced. Scheduled appointment to complete the job. Crew arrived on time & completed the job. No additional charge for second trip to the house. Place looks terrific!!! I would definitely hire them again.

A team of two arrived and were very pleasant and personable and set right to work. In less than two hours we have a clean house that looks like it has just been painted. We are a 2-story, cedar siding house. Washing was needed to remove mold without damaging the painted finish. We are very happy with the result, and consider the price reasonable.
