Description of Work: They cleaned out townhouse siding. It looked so much nicer/cleaner once they were done; unfortunately, after the Summer and spidier/spider webs, it looks like we have to do it again

Description of Work: Set up an appointment for 9 am. Did not show up, did not call until late in the afternoon. Said overslept. REALLY!!!! Did not understand why I did not want to use them after this?!

Description of Work: We engaged City Clean to power wash our house at the recommendation of our roofing company. We had an issue in the past with an unlicensed (unbeknownst to us) contractor who power washed our house and caused leaking/damage, therefore, this time we went for what was supposed to be the best and even had Dan from City Clean talk to our roofer to be sure all was sealed well before they started. Over email and the phone Dan was great... I thought yay, we were going to have a good experience this time. He told me all about how this is all they do, etc... Dan informed me that his partner, Tim would be present the day of the power washing and we even scheduled far enough in advance so that I could be home for this power washing, just in case... All seemed to go well and then they left and about 3 minutes later I noticed we had a bit of water on our ceiling... I immediately called Tim's cell and left 3 messages, and then emailed but no one called me back... all I wanted was for him to look at it and acknowledge me... that never happened... today, exactly one month later I just got a call from Dan - asking if they ever billed us/got paid... I explained to him this story and that I figured that since they NEVER called or emailed me back they weren't billing us... he assured me that was not the case and I would see the bill in my email soon. I am guessing they will want a faster response to their bill than I got... since I only got a call because they wanted money. It's really too bad... since prior to that day, I would've referred them out... now, no! We had some water leakage, but more importantly, they NEVER called back! It's also too bad - I thought I wrote this review prior, but I guess it somehow never posted... this time I will be sure it does.

Description of Work: This is the first time i used City Clean. They are an easy company to work with. Honest, reasonably priced, hard-working, thorough, and very knowledgable about different types of deck woods, applicable products, how to apply stains etc. I found this company much better than others such as B&A Powerwashing . Finally, Dan, Tim, and Kerwin were all very nice and respectful . Good group of people to work with.

Description of Work: Last year I used City Clean to low pressure wash my roof. This year I had them clean and seal my deck. They could not have been more professional. Came when they scheduled, performed all work to my expectations, and resolved all problems. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Work was done quickly and efficiently. My siding looked great when they were done. I received an initial work date of Nov 28th but asked to be moved up if possible. I got a call that there was an open spot in their schedule and could come earlier. I appreciated the call and having the cleaning done before Thanksgiving and guests arrive.Would definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: Responsive and quality of the job was excellent. I had some hard to reach spots and was very pleased with the overall quality of the work.

Description of Work: The house looked great after the pressure washing. The top floor was covered in algae and it is all gone. My only complaint was that the process left a mess all around the house. All of the stuff that was all over the house ended up on the walkways. It would have been nice if the walkways had been cleared afterwards.

Description of Work: Power-washed entire exterior: house, carport, driveway, deck, with detergent then rinsed. Very professional, and friendly as well.

Description of Work: I had a lot of moss growing on my roof, and they completely cleaned using low pressure wash and applied a biodegradable chemical to prevent further growth. They also cleaned my gutters and downspouts (gratis), and they pressure washed, resanded and sealed my pavers on the front walk. All done promptly, quite clean, and billed by email, and followed up to guage my satisfaction. Incredible.

Description of Work: Cleaned and stained deck. Company gave a good explanation of work to be performed and explanation of different stains. They showed up as promised, cleaned up after themselves and completed the work in good order.
