Description of Work: They did everything I wanted done to make the new kitchen come together as agreed without any of the possible 10% over estimitr B/S.found in most home improvement contracts.I needed a one number for everything down to drawer knobs,faucets,paint etc.And here is an example: when it came time to items like came time to pick out certain hardware like a new sink w-faucet & drawer knobs and/or waynescott paneling and trim we would hop in his truck drive to Loews pick out the stuff (and becaus itwas all agrreed upon included in the contract mr.Coen would put it all on his amex his crew would pick up the big things like the paneling trim and any other parts and hardware the next morning | I live in a 1955 colonial all brick,slate roof, plaster walls etc so a bit more work involved the some comps built in the last 20 years or so as in more to do | bottom line Dover gets an A- they completed my kitchen in 3 weeks | | |deal with you cant just elininate aa wall and a hall closet to make room for a pair subzero's in a day
