From start to finish working with Phoenix was terrific. On time and professional they did the work as planned and with high quality. There was a little difficulty finding the iron stakes that marked the property line but they stuck with it and got the job done. I would highly recommend working with Phoenix and if I had more things to fence in I would call them and have them do it. Period.

Jeff came to our house a couple of times to discuss the project and provide an estimate. He was on time, courteous, professional and had some great ideas and suggestions. A couple of weeks later work commenced - Jeff and his crew showed up exactly as planned and they got to work. They worked solidly from 8:30am until 6:30pm after which time we had a beautiful new fence around our garden, which was left clean and tidy, and free of debris. Jeff's crew were friendly and asked questions when needed but otherwise were hard at work the entire time. We highly recommend Phoenix and, without hesitation, would use them again.

He did a really good job. They were excellent. They were professional, the guy worked with you, he gave the best pricing, was flexible, delivered when he said he was going to deliver. There was one small problem and he came back out and corrected it, cleaned up. They were great.

This guy is completely outstanding. Our neighbors were asking for his business card. He even came up with, what I thought was, a really unique way to deter my terriers from digging. He did like this backward "L" with a wire and attached it to the fence and they hand dug it all the way around. This was included in the $10,000. It was amazing. They dug about eight inches down into the ground and nailed the wire to the fence. It comes out in a backwards "L" another six or eight inches. So when my dogs do dig, they hit wire. He had like 13 guys come out and it was essentially done in a day. Another company quoted me $13,000 and that didn't include the wire around the bottom of the fence. This guy's materials were great. He was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of materials. He's a local. You could tell he was into it. This guy wasn't the lowest quote. I might have him come out and do some work in the front in the summer. His name is Jeff Rogers. We had this crappy chain length wire fence and they took it all out and away. That was included in the price, too.

Phoenix fence was the middle estimate we received for this job. Jeff Rogers, the owner, provided the most detail of his products, spent the most time walking around the yard, made the best suggestions for materials and type of gates. His crew arrived on time, the foreman introduced himself and checked with me throughout the day as they completed the different sections. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything. The neighbors behind us like the fence as much as we do!

They did a terrific job installing my fence. They arrived on time for our initial consultation and explained the different fence options to me. Initial price was in line with other fence companies. Installation was approximately 2 weeks after consultation. They removed shrubs and I installed exactly to specification. I

Phoenix was great. They arrived on time, sending a foreman and a multi-person team. When they arrived, and with no advanced notice from me, I decided that I wanted a different style fence than the one I had asked them to build. Despite my last-minute change of request, they were able to build exactly the fence I asked for. And they did it without even having to go back and get additional supplies. They were courteous, worked quickly (the whole job lasted just a few hours), and answered all my questions. And the fence looks great in the 2 months or so since they've put it in. I would gladly recommend them and hire them again.

We had Phoenix install a split rail fence facing street and a wire fence around back of property. Everything went well. They worked with us to get the detail correct and installed the fence on time. The quality of the work is great.

This company specializes in fences and knows everything there is to know about fencing. Our problem was that the old fence was on a slope that got a fair bit of water flow in big rainstorms, so that gradually it had become unstable and uneven. We like our neighbors and felt badly that they had to look at this hillbilly-like jumble from their side, not to mention the way our topsoil kind of washed away onto their lawn. So we needed a low retaining wall at the base of the fence, and a strong, straight, durable fence above that. The owner of Phoenix Fence, Jeff Rogers, explained the possible options for strengthening the base and we chose the one that was the least likely to disrupt our trees and the neighbor's lawn, while still providing the strength and nice looking wood beams for the neighbors to see (rather than cement). For the arbor, we had to order the parts separately from a supplier Mr. Rogers suggested, and that was a bit pricey although the quality is really excellent so perhaps that is how these things are. The team that came to do the work was very skilled and friendly. Mr. Rogers came in the mornings to set them up and ensure that the instructions were clear, then they just worked incredibly h****** some pretty hot days. Unexpectedly it turned out that there was a big old tree trunk buried partway along the line where the new base had to be placed, and they handled the heavy work of removing a big chunk of it without apparently slowing down. The main work was done in two days, and they came back a little later once the arbor parts arrived to install that. Our neighbors were completely delighted with the work after just the first day, and also hired Phoenix to do a little extension of the fence on their property, replacing an old gate and providing a place to hide garbage and recycling bins. They also say that their visitors have complimented them on how nice the fence looks on their side. On our side, this new fence allows us to level out the flower beds, and look at a strong neat fence instead of the rustic but not picturesque arrangement we had before. Overall we are happy with the work. It was a little more expensive than we had hoped but it was probably worth it to get the quality and timeliness. We had chosen Phoenix on the basis of the Angie's List recommendations, and the details of the design offered, rather than a big competition for price, so we cannot claim to have deep knowledge of the prices in the fencing market in any case.

Roscoe came by and gave me an estimate for two sides of my fence which included a new cedar gate and removal of the old fence. Work started the following week and the crew arrived on time. Once the two sides were in place, I decided to have the rest of the fence put up. Arrangements were made and additional supplies were dropped off and the rest of the fence was built. They did a great job and were very professional. My only negative was I wish they would have cut one small branch away from the fence. Close inspection revealed that they cut a notch at the top of the fence for the tree branch to set. I would hire them in the future.

Came out for estimate soon after scheduling and showed up on time. Clearly explained and answered any questions I had. After receiving estimate, I had to submit it to my HOA for approval, so they allowed me to hold on to the estimate and contact them after approval to schedule. I was only having a privacy fence installed, so they were able to fit me in very quickly. They removed bushes for me and installed the fence in one day. They did an excellent job on the fence and it looks great.

Everything went smoothly. Roscoe came out within 2 days and provided estimate. Within 2 weeks, the crew and Roscoe came out and the new fence and gate were installed. Roscoe went over the details with the crew and they went to work. They worked quickly to remove the old fence and haul it away. The new fence was completed when I got home from work. There was no debris from the old fence and the new fence looks great. The crew was professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Phoenix and would use them again. I am sure it will not to be to replace the fence. It will outlast me.

They did a great job on our backyard fence. Quality materials and prompt construction. They were quick to come repair a board also. Highly recommend! We get a lot of compliments on it.

I had a fence installed on one side of my property. Jeff, the owner came out to give me the estimate and explained the process. The price was very fair. Once we agreed to the job, the work began within a few days. Alec, the installer and his assistant were very professional and answered all my questions. They worked steadily and cleaned up the site when they finished. I liked the fact that they got permits from the county; many contractors will try to convince you that permits are not necessary. Phoenix Fence is highly recommended.

On both jobs, I was very pleased with Phoenix. In both cases Phoenix was the lowest cost, and work they did was excellent. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I checked over the work carefully. the split rail fence, about a $4000 job, was done in a day, the workmanship and product quality was very good. It surrounded a swimming pool, so wire mesh had to be at ground level and wrapped around the outside of the fence. the black aluminum fence was a 20,000+ job, and Phoenix consistently went above and beyond for me. they mowed an overgronw area where part of the fence would go, took down a tree in the way, and constructed an additional small set of rails by a small creek bed to keep our dogs from slipping out. All done for no additional charge. Again, the workmanship of the crew was top-notch. Jeff is very conscientious and accommodating, and was there frequently to monitor the work. I highly recommend Phoenix.

Went very well. Jeff was prompt and helpful when he came out to give us a quote. A hole opened up in their schedule and they were out doing the work within a couple weeks. Jeff was there for the first couple hours to help make decisions about the exact fence alignment and to ensure everything got off to a good start. His crew did a good job. Got the project done in 2.5 days and left everything clean when they finished each day and when they were done. I put a B on price just because I did not really shop around so I can't say how it compares, but it seemed reasonable.

I called the company on a Friday, and the owner, Jeff, came to my home on Saturday to give me an estimate. Jeff was very knowledgeable, and the price he gave me was very reasonable. I was also able to use the 10% off coupon the company gives to Angie's List members. The company came to my home on the following Tuesday and installed the fence. They did a very good job and left the area completely clean. I am very happy with their performance.

We have completed five major exterior renovation projects this year (lots of $$$), and the experience with Phoenix Fence was by far the most professional. After extensive research, and two other bids, we realized that we had some custom requests (fence height, lattice board thickness, lattice and fence board spacing, sloping yard). Mr. Rogers provided a very competitive price, met the custom specifications with a can-do attitude, and then installed the fence on time. Without asking and without cost, the crew added an additional turn so that there was no space between the fence and the garage. We recommend Phoenix Fence without reservation.

We needed approximately 70 feet of cedar privacy fence installed. We got four estimates and Jeff's was the most competitive price. He was very easy to work with. He showed up right on time for the day of the install and re-reviewed the placement of the fence and gates to make sure everything went right. Highly recommend.

They haven't done the work yet, but I did hire them. Roscoe came out to give me an estimate and was very professional, and helpful. He went back to his car and drew up a contact immediately for me to look at that was very thorough with all the work to be completed. I called the owner, Jeff and went over the pricing with him . We made a few changes with what I needed so I was able to get the work done. They are very reasonably priced and am glad that I am having them do the work. Update: they did the work for me and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them.

Jeff and his crew were on time, and very efficient; the fence was installed perfectly and they were very clean. The fence looks great, and most importantly keeps our dog at home and not wondering about; can't recommend him and his crew enough! We have had the fence for about a year, and it looks as it was just installed yesterday, there are no issues to the fence, doors or hinges. Great work!

They were wonderful. He even threw in chicken wire to fence the inside of a wooden fence area on the other side of the house for free. He was a very nice man.

My experience working with Pheonix Fencing was a pleasure from start to finish, The estimates were done quickly, and when I had a delay of several months between the initial estimate and the construction, due to other life events, they were happy to pick up where we'd left off. The job was done much faster than I had expected, and the crew that did the work was a pleasure to work with- they were not just professional, but kind as well, volunteering to do some trash pick up in my yard, and repairing part of a neighbor's fence free of charge. All in all, I found them very accommodating, and their work was thorough, considerate, and wonderfully done. I've had the new fence in for a little over two weeks now, and it's changed the feel of my yard to somewhere secure and private. I'm so glad to have it done, and done so well.
