Description of Work: Had fences erected at 2 of my houses. Both jobs were done well at a cost more than I expected. At one of the houses a gap was left at the bottom of the fence large enough for a small animal to enter or leave the yard. According to the workmen the gap occurred because the ground wasn't level the length of the fence. Disappointing because they could or should have used longer boards to leave the ground, in my humble opinion.

Description of Work: Replaced fence at my mother's house in Rockville. They were on time, fast and did great work. Mom had an old shed in the back yard I wanted to have removed. After mentioning it to Phoenix, they offered to take it down and haul it away for a nominal charge. Above and beyond!
