I upgraded from a 100 amp electric panel to a 200 amp. I bought a coupon off Craigslist. There were a couple of additional cost but reasonable (the neutral was longer than 10 feet and a permit fee). He is very professional, a nice guy and most important definitely know his stuff. I did this so I would be able to convert from oil heat to electric. My HVAC people also liked his work.

Ochanthavong was extremely thorough trying to locate what was causing the lack of electricity to reach the ceiling fans in two rooms. He first checked to make sure electricity was getting to the on/off switch; yes. Then he checked the ceiling fan itself; cold, no electricity here. And so, he went to the panel box; no problems here. Last stop the attic. Ochanthavong was able to trace where the electricity entered the ceiling fan. Once he found the location, he was able to open the offending fixture to reveal a lose hot wire. Once tightened, problem solved. both fans are working fine. I also was impressed with his calm demeanor. I don't think he would have given up finding out what was causing my problem, which I appreciate. It is hard to find people today who take pride in their work. Well, I found such a person, Ochanthavong, and I plan to hire him for all my electrical problems.

A little miscommunication scheduling at first but he was very responsive and accommodating. Arrived on time, asked what I wanted done, and even improved what I originally intended. Was quick and efficient. He finished early and gave me credit for the 1/2 hour time left on my purchase.

He did a fantastic job and was very professional..and punctual. The fan was put in the same place as a previous light fixture. He removed the dimmer switch as dimmer switches can sometimes create a buzzing noise when the fan is running. Once he hooked it all up, he tested it out thoroughly. No buzz! Fan works great. Also the new outlets/switches look nice in the rooms installed. I had him for the two hours that were specified in the deal. He was a good listener and very personable. I have more work for him at a later date and will definitely have him back to do the work.

I could not have been more pleased or impressed. Oupekkha showed up right on time on Saturday morning (at no addition cost) and went right to work. The bad news was that the motor I bought did not work at all. The good news was that the old motor still had some juice in it but didn't move the fan blade fast enough. Oupekkha concluded that the the source of the problem was the solar panel, so he climbed on the roof (again, no extra charge!) and cleared debris off the panel, cleaned it, and checked to ensure the wiring was intact. the fan worked like a charm after that! I highly recommend OC1 and will certainly in the future.

We have a warranty service requirement that needs done. He came exactly when he was supposed to come. He asked which way he should go to enter the backyard and asked for permission to back in the the driveway. He was very punctual and came when I was told he would come. We will continue to have him do the work.

The manufacturer had sent the wrong size bolts for one fixture but the technician made a decision how to make it work. It was a job for my daughter's home. When she arrived home from work, she was pleased.
