in order to ensure that the company could hang the large light, i called them to describe the project and was asked to send pictures of the stairwell. they showed up with one person and without a ladder sufficient to do the installation. i took off a day of work. they offered a free hour of work and we rescheduled. i took off another day to complete the work and they cancelled 4 days before the install stating that they didn't have the equipment. do not hire these amateurs unless you need an outlet replaced or a fan hung

The Electrician decided the placement of the fixtures was higher than he would do alone, he needed someone to hold the ladder. He said he would reschedule when he could bring a helper. I have not heard from him since.

I have had a very good experience. I had excellent results with these people. Very, very good. He did 2 things for me. One he did about a month ago, one he did about 2 weeks ago. The good thing about it was they were very honest. Extremely honest person. His estimate was the lowest from the others. His work was very neat. I'm actually a physician. I'm an OBGYN surgeon and I could tell with the precision with which he worked, he cleaned up very nicely after him. He was courteous. He was polite and explained everything as he went along. I can only speak in the highest terms about OC1. An excellent man. Prior to that he had done a lot of work for me, like recessed lighting in the kitchen, hanging up some light fixtures. That was his previous work with me. This time he came to do some more work with some lights. I can only praise him. I have been a physician for this is my 24 year standing. I find we are always complaining that this person didn't do this and this person didn't do that, but in this particular instance when someone does a really good job, you really have to praise them. When he came the second time, I had called him because 2 of the lights were not working and I wanted him to come and check them out. These were recessed lights that he had put in a couple of months ago. He came and it was actually the bulbs that were fused. He replaced the bulbs at no cost and did not charge me for the visit and left. Which was really praise worthy because the fused bulb was not his fault. He put a bulb in from his own without my having to ask him to do it. And without a word he said you don't owe me anything, you paid for the original work. And that's it, he was gone. That's what service is really about, that's exactly what it is. He checked everything, so he wasn't there like touch and go, he checked everything out and he was there for a little bit. When it came to the money side I said what to do I owe you and he said, no, nothing. You paid for the original work and this is something little it doesn't matter. Outstanding to say the least. Most times they would come and say oh, well, this is not our fault, you have got to pay us this much for this, you have got to pay us this much for the time. No, not a word, and I would have gladly paid him because he was very nice. Not only will I use this service provider again, I have recommended him to many other people. I also put it on the notice board at some of the hospitals where I work so if someone is working for somebody, this is someone who has been tried and is extremely good.

Fantastic. He did the work well. We had some communication issues about who would buy a light/fan control but it worked out in the end. I would recommend him.

Oupekkha is a solid electrician and a nice guy. Came earlier than the appointed time. It was a bit difficult scheduling, and he did not always respond promptly to emails. Overall satisfied and would have him back anytime.

The tech charged me for a new thermostat on my hot water heater. In sum, the issue was the electricity to the heater which was cut off after a power outage. The unit needed only to be restarted, not replaced. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Provided consultation and advice for cabling and outlet options, checked nonworking light switch and identified issue. Result was only needed light replaced and not requiring, saving us $$ Will be coming back to finish tv job once we decide on placement . Great manner, very patient and accommodating. Will definitely use again.
