What an excellent service provider! He was super punctual, extremely professional, neat, courteous, and helpful. We are extremely happy with the work done. Some of our old lights had had questionable installations. He explained everything to us and got things straightened out and installed properly. We will use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others. There was no additional cost other than the $99.00 deal on Angie's List.

They did a great job! After their first visit, the technician realized that he needed more materials to complete the work. They did not charge me for that visit and came out about a week later to do the work.

He was no nice and so fast at what he did! He didn't leave until everything was exactly the way I wanted it. I've never met someone who asked my opinion on how he could make the process easiest for me instead of telling me what WOULD be done without me having any input. I've never met any electrician quite like this electrician. He looked at other things and mentioned the other things he could do to help. He will be back to be fixing things that other electricians did not do correctly. I've gone through so many contractors that have given me less than exceptional service, but this electrician was so understanding and conversational and felt comfortable about explaining what he was doing along the way. He really seemed to love what hew was doing and it made me feel important to have been a part of that experience. He set up a 8-9 arrival. He called me at 7:45 and told me he was running a bit late, but he ended up still showing up within the time frame. He worked extremely fast and didn't need anyone to help him. I thought that was spectacular, and definitely look forward to using him again! He was even courteous enough to take his shoes off at the door! I have never have services performed like this before. He was extremely professional and made me feel like his full attention was on me even through he was only contracted for a 2 hour window.

Mr. Chanthavong's work was excellent. He performed all four tasks within the two-hour window, assessing problems and making repairs as needed. Everything is now working properly. He is also very pleasant and considerate (for example, immediately taking off his shoes when he came into the house). I would definitely hire him again for any future electrical work.

This is how it should always go. He was here on time, he did great work, and he was very professional. I wish all of the people who work in my house were this good. He never tried to sell me anything else, he simply did the deal that I bought on Angies List.

Showed up a little late, but finished the work in an hour and a half. As this was an Angie's List deal for two hours, he provided knowledgeable advice on a number other projects. Overall, I felt confident with the service and it was a pleasant experience. Extremely professional and would definitely hire again.

The work was done over two separate days. Owner came to do the work. He was very prompt, polite and easy to contact. Once there, he went over the job and then put down plastic to contain dirt/debris before starting to work. Found problems, explained them, and came up with different solutions to chose from. Very happy with the work and already planning to hire again.

Very well, everything was explained and very honest. I only wish the hourly rate past the promotion rate was less.

It took two guys brothers who own the company to get the job done. After they left the light got didn't work it turns out it was the switch they put in. So they promptly and happily made it all work. Fabulous and very clean.

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Oupekkha arrived 15 mins early. He was very friendly, professional and patient. He completed work within allotted time, cleaned up afterwards, and provided contact info for future questions. We will definitely use him again!

OC1 did a great job. OC arrived on time. He got off to a good start by taking off his shoes before even being asked. The deal was $99 for two hours and he got right down to the job, installing the new switches, timers, and face plates that I provided. He worked very neatly and very carefully, making sure, for example, that all of the switches and plates were level. I think I;ve found my default electrician for future work. All in all, a great experiences.

Perfect! I purchased an Angie's List deal for this company - 2 hours of work for $99 plus I paid an additional $95 for materials. It took exactly 2 hours to switch out my exterior outlets to modern day code. That means they are now GFI and have plastic covers. A new bathroom light fixture, which I purchased ahead of time, replaced an old one. Work was done very neatly and a plastic drop cover kept the counter clean. Very nice guy. Would definitely hire again!
