Their price was significantly less than the other estimates, and the owner of the company was trusting that he did not require a deposit to order the replacement window, only your word that you accept the invoiced amount. The young man Jeremy, who came to replace a kitchen window glass that was cracked and a semi circle window that was broken by a bird flying into it , worked quietly and efficiently. He cut out the broken glass and then took exact measurements and left to cut the glass. He came back 2 hours later and put the glass in. Surprisingly he did not have an invoice slip with him and I gave him a check from the original estimate . The company will mail the invoice for our records.
