This is as follow up to my review fro 3.28.2018. Brian the owner called me up as he was confused about my review of the initial evaluation and proposal. After our discussion he was nothing short of amazing in his response to my issues and we agreed on a cost for the project. I agreed to have Brian B Quick do the work because Brian was so very professional and accommodating and because I had heard such great things about his company. The work performed was top-notch, very clean, efficient, professional.

Horrible experience from Randy, tried to con me out of a lot of money. Plus lied to my face about providing me a fair estimate. If Brian would like more information on my experience I would be glad to provide the details .

They were great - replaced the system, water heater and lined my chimney flume for a reasonable cost compared to others! So far, we are saving a ton on our electric bill compared to last year.

Brian and Randy were great. Thoroughly explained the problem why our HVAC was not working. Their advice and information was straight forward and honest. They were not trying to push anything, but just clearly laying out all the options. Besides being honest, they are very likable, as is their crew. They supervised the whole job and everything was done very efficiently, neatly and everything was thoroughly explained. Great Job!
