+ -1 moreThe work was below standard. After I was told the job was completed it wasn’t. I was charged a cleaning fee and nothing was cleaned. NOTHING. I was overcharge and work was below standard.
Description of Work: Drywall repair, refinishing floor (team used a handheld sanding sponge) applied flat paint over repair on satin walls, didn’t use existing paint. I paid via check and was charged a credit card fee.

After the old wall was torn down, we noticed that the interior was more deteriorated than expected. Precision was helpful with modifying the plan and proceeding without much delay. Very happy with the quality and look of the finished product. Would absolutely use their services again and recommend to others. Thanks.
