 + 2 moreI purchased furniture and a mirror from this interior designer- when it was delivered it was very clear she over charged and increased the price of the pieces way beyond what the quality was. The color was not correct and the swivel of the chair dragged. Ms. Redmond was not professional

 + -1 moreWe were unhappy with granite installation and attempted to use satisfaction guarantee clause of IBDDRR contract. IBDDRR filed a case against us which the court found in our favor. IBDDRR initiated the case in District Court for Prince George County 050200230502013. The granite installation had several problems (not all listed) - installation of a seam over the dishwasher (not recommended) since seam is un-supported - The four granite pieces have two distinct patterns yet adjacent pieces were not cut to synchronize patterns (patterns and striations are 90 degrees different at some adjacent location - Dishwasher frame no longer structurally mounted - "Lazy Susan" was used as support for L-shape granite (and Lazy Susan jammed into corner and top metal door hinge broken and cabinet maker indicates we're unlikely to find the European hinge replacement. - The splash board in corner is higher than the two adjoining sections - Based on material list, appears overage (based on sq ordered vs sq foot installed) was greater than 40%.
Description of Work: Interiors by Decorating Den - Roz Redmond (IBDDRR) coordinated and recommended the installation of Black Galaxy Granite for our kitchen by her chosen granite installer. Our payment was made to IBDDRR.
