Description of Work: We needed to repair or replace a fifty year old patio. Reece was doing work in the neighborhood, so we asked him for an estimate. The work was completed in less than two weeks after that. The old patio was removed and a new, slightly larger one poured and surfaced with flagstone. The work also included replacing an old wooden stairway with a concrete one, also surfaced with flagstone. Reece personally visited the site on most days, and was always accessible by phone and email. Overall quick high quality work.

They were responsible and nice. I was completely satisfied with their interaction, the only reason why we did not use them is because another group was recommend to us.
Description of Work: They had come out to give us and estimate on some kitchen remodeling.
Reece was able to schedule the job around our availability. He and his employees and subcontractors always came on time (often 7am!) and worked diligently and with great care and skill. They cleaned up every day. They never stopped the job until it was finished. We had none of the nightmare situations that we had heard about from others. Reece checked the job nearly every day, making sure the workers had what they needed and that our questions were addressed. On the few occasions when we needed a modification or wanted some work done differently, everyone was gracious and took care of our requests. Everyone who came to our job was professional and very skilled. We had interviewed 3 contractors before signing a contract, and Reece had come highly recommended by several of our neighbors for the reasons above.
Description of Work: Reece Construction is a general contracting firm, owned by Reece Folb. We started the job as a master bathroom remodeling, including moving a walk-in closet door and wiring the closet light to a switch. We ended up adding a number of items to the job, so that it encompassed work roof-to-lower level. The final job was a total gutting of the bathroom (1962 split level home- small bathroom), including floors, walls, and ceilings, moving some wall areas to incorporate space into the bathroom that had been a small linen closet and a duct/flue chase. This also added some space to the walk-in closet, so the job involved patching hardwood floor in the closet and rebuilding walls with new trim & paint. The new bathroom was remodeled "green" so that removed materials were recycled or donated as usable building materials and the installation included 3 types of recycled glass tiles (all the tile, floor, walls, shower, was recycled material), a suntube, EnergyStar exhaust fan/light and pendant light over the vanities, 12 watt LED recessed light fixtures, rubber tree vanities, etc. The new bath had a pocket door installed. They also installed a new ceiling in the downstairs bath (destroyed by the water leaks above that prompted the remodeling), and new EnergyStar exhaust fans in two additional bathrooms. We had cellulose insulation added to the lower attic. Since the duct chase wasn't empty (as we originally thought), Reece had to get an HVAC subcontractor to re-route a return duct, which involved 2 other closets in the house. In one of them, off the living room, Reece's carpenter enclosed the new duct inside the closet and built custom shelving around it.
