+ -1 moreWe were happy overall with the service we received. Tom spent about 3 hours and we used our Angie's List coupon, and we thought the final charge was very reasonable. He was nice and professional and knew what he was doing. After he left we noticed problems with 2 of the outlets, and we had some trouble getting back in touch with him. My husband tried calling him a number of times. Finally I got in touch with him and Tom seemed to think it was some sort of mix-up anyway, he willingly came back the day I reached him on the phone, and fixed the problem outlets at no charge; didn't even mention the idea of charging us! Even with the inconvenience we had in getting him to come back, I plan to use him again because I felt he was fair and had expertise, and I like using small, local companies.
Description of Work: Tom fixed some outlets that were not working in our basement and bathrooms. Also replaced a bathroom outlet with a GFCI outlet.

We were very pleased so we used them for our home as well as our business. Thomas was very polite, showed up on time and delivered just as he said he would. It was great working with them.
Description of Work: I first meet Thomas when I hired fusion for one of my event plannings. Where I was in need of a electrician. We used fusion to set up an array of lights on different displays. I also hired them to add recessed lights, ceiling fans and security lighting. I also had them to wire my basement as we were finishing it.
