+ 8 moreIf they are the last contractor on earth do not renovate!! The work is awful, things went missing from the job sight, bums off the street were hired and left alone in my new apartment to do work they had no idea about. Things were broken. Plumbing they installed began leaking within weeks after they were finished. Electric lights they installed shorted out soon after they left. It was the worst experience i could have imained
Description of Work: Zarella was hired as the general contractor for a gut renovation of a duplex condo, including new drywall, appliances, new kitchen, new bathrooms from studs on.

+ -1 moreI never got the work done. Overall, they were pretty good. I got them from Angie’s List and they had a good bid. They were punctual and responsive and respectful when they came over.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Zarella Contractors, LLC about 9 months ago but I didn’t go with them. I was looking to install a wall and a ceiling.

+ 4 moreAs I mentioned, as we were preparing for my son's college graduation party, we had several days of rain during which we developed a leak near the firepalce in our below ground recreation room. The Company came and assessed the problem as they promised, gave me a very fair price and performed the work as exactly as promised. Even when it started to rain again they continued to work so that everything could be finished before,the planned party. What they did in the time they had was unbelievable.
Description of Work: I used this company on two different occassions: First, I needed an emergency repair for a foundation leak, just before a college graduation party. I used them again when I need a foundation wall in my rear yard
