The person who came was Mr. Wallace. We found him on the Angies list. He was very efficient, professional and the prices were quite reasonable. He arrived at 8 in the morning before we left to work and stayed back till we were back in the evening. We were very impressed with how promptness and efficiency he took care of the work we gave him. We compared the price with other people and he had quoted better. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. What we liked most about him was that he spoke to his coworkers in Spanish. He hard learnt a language which was not his to communicate with his employees. He spoke with respect and was very good. Overall we like all his qualities. We were very impressed. It?s good to see that small organization like him take a professional outlook and is organized.

Mr. Wallace was very quick to return our initial call and dropped by to give us suggestions for flooring. The scope of our work had changed and Mr. Wallace was very accommodating to our changed needs and requirements. Work began promptly at 9AM and was done efficiently and neatly. My wife is usually present in the morning period and was undisturbed by Mr. Wallace's team when work began. On my return in the evening, it was quite refreshing to see the change. Also our lives were not disrupted and he took great care in ensuring that all the critical areas were protected from dust damage. What was really impressive was how neat Mr. Wallace and his team were. My wife and I never spend any time in the living room, now she sits in the living room just staring at her floors. I am not too far off as well, sometimes late at night when I may make an emergency run, I find myself whipping out the Swiffer wet jet to clean the lovely floor. Mr. Wallace's work is A class and is very highly recommended

There is almost no story, which is good (the original contractors left me with quite a story). The job was finished in less than ten days from my original contact. Mr. Wallace was very professional and communicated well. The work was well done and he left the area clean and ready to use. I already talked to him about coming back to do additional work in my home.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. THERE WAS NO FREE PRICE QUOTE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE AGREED TIME FRAME. THEY DID GIVE ME A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER MY FIRST CALL TO HIM. HE ALWAYS PICKED UP HIS MESSES. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN, AND I DO RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT RELIABLE. IN TERMS OF DEPENDABILITY, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED. THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE COMPARED TO TWO OTHER COMPANIES.
